3 Star rating is because of the receptionist! It is so important for a business to have the front/receptionist do their job and greet people with a smile! Love Dr. DelSordi but like the other reviews, the receptionist is just awful!! Rude and like they said, is never there. You leave messages and you never get a return call. You feel like your bothering her when you ask her a question. Also, it is hard to get an appt.; Dr. DelSordi runs late quite a bit. You wait in the room for 10 mins. or so before she comes in. She does spend the time with you. Maybe she shouldn't take as many patients or??

My appointment went so smoothly at Dr. Del Sordi's office! With all that is currently going on with Covid 19 I felt very comfortable and reassured. Her staff was very organized and helpful in answering all my questions in regards to the virus prior to seeing the doctor. As always she was very thorough and generous with her time as she always is.

I love the Dr. and Nurse Practitioners, but you can NEVER get a sick appointment. I was so sick and in pain one time I actually begged for an appointment and they still wouldn't budge! They said the soonest they could get me in was in two weeks! I asked them if they keep slots open for sick appointments and they said yes, but you have to call first thing in the morning to get one. So, the next time I was sick, I called right as they opened. I even asked if I was the first call they answered that morning, which I was. I asked for a sick appointment and I was told they they were already booked. Now how can that be? I also agree with the other reviews about the receptionist, the one that wears all the eyeliner. She is very rude. I haven't seen her in a while, so maybe she's moved on. Now the other front desk person, Michelle is wonderful!

Love Dr. Del Sordi but the office is completely mismanaged. Please get a new or second receptionist because the existing receptionist is incredibly rude. Regardless of the day or time I call to schedule an appointment, no one ever answers the phone, so you either need to wait on hold for 20+ minutes, or leave a voicemail. Sadly, I think I will need to find a new Dr after going here for years.

Dr. Del Sordi is great but her staff is terrible. Her office has way too many patients and is consistently booked out months in advance. They don’t save any time for last minute appointments (like if you’re unexpectedly sick) so I’ve probably been to urgent care or the drugstore clinics more times than I’ve seen my dr over the last 7 years. Reception never answers the phone and is rude when they do. Billing sends me the bill before attempting to bill my insurance. Overall pretty terrible experience I really need to find a new dr.

I love Dr. Del Sordi and have been a patient for 5+ years; however, it is extremely difficult to get an appointment with her less than 4 months out. One reoccurring issue is that the billing office doesn't work with my insurance. I will get outrageous bills from Aetna and need to be the liaison between my Dr. and my insurance so they can submit the correct claim #. The office also doesn't have a receptionist, so anytime you call you need to leave a voicemail, which is pretty inconvenient.

This is one of the best Doctors I have ever known. I was referred to her after asking a medical professor from a nearby college who was the best and smartest Family Doctor in town. She is professional, thoughtful, thorough, and very intelligent. She is a gifted Doctor that thinks outside the box. It would be hard to ever find a replacement so I hope I never have to. I have referred my whole family 4 generations from age 5 - 93, and many thankful friends. She is worth the wait to get in.
