Dr. Bates is a compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and, an overall, very nice and friendly person. Her expertise and vast experiences iin ClinicalTrials/Research, knows no boundaries. Dr. Susan Bates is one of, if not the most, intelligent, experienced. Professional kind and caring Doctor I ever had!!

Currently treating my life partner for Pancreatic Cancer. She is relentless in her pursuit of bating the odds of this terrible condition. He is alive because of her. We have high hopes of an extended happy life thanks to Dr Bates and the wonderful team at NYCPH.
