My son can be extremely difficult to work with and can be difficult in a doctors office. Dr Altemeier is always so kind and caring with him and ensures that he has heard and has control over how things go. She has always been so wonderful with my children And is so adapted at adapting her verbiage tone and technique with each of my twins because they need very different engagement when it comes to healthcare and their world.

Dr Altemeier has been my children's healthcare provider for the last 12 years. She handles visits with both of my twins at the same time with ease so that I don't have to bring them in separately which is difficult for me. She has a wonderful way listening to every question I have and regardless of how crazy it might be she never makes me feel like I'm asking anything stupid and always orders tests when it seems necessary. I have always felt listened to by Dr Altemeier and She takes concerns seriously and has a great way of explaining things so that we don't worry about symptoms we don't need to. When friends are asking for a pediatric physician, she is the only one I recommend.

Apologize for any grammatical errors, I am using voice to text. Susan is a great doctor and we really appreciate her kindness and guidance. The receptionist was rude again and does not listen or use common sense.
