Thorough and complete exam
Dr Alexander listened and understood my conditions. As a new patient she gave me all the time I needed to go over my health concerns. I immediately received the referrals I requested and was able to make appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Alexander. I'm 75. Just moved to Texas from CA. where i had my doctor for 40 yrs. My concerns are many. I feel i can trust her judgement. Only hurdle I had was my hearing. She repeated every time I requested with no hesitation

Dr Alexander is wonderful HOWEVER, her billing and/or office manager needs to get "on the ball to get paid "promplty . She agreed to serve USFHP patient Encompass but then billed as our of network as North Woods when the appropriate billing would be covered as per USFHP insurance 100% when billed correctly as Woodlands Primary Group. A simple refund from North Woods and an appropriate reinforce as Woodlands Primary Group would fix the problem! An then they could quick bothering a senior citizen and retired Navy family. In my 78 years, I have never had a doctor take an interest in my health as much as Dr. Alexander! She is intelligent, kind, and covers all areas of one's health! Thank you Dr. Alexander!

Scheduling an appointment was efficient and easy. The staff responded to my voice message and confirmed appointment both by phone call and email. Dr. Sunitha Alexander greeted us warmly and made us feel comfortable.Dr. Alexander LISTENS to symptoms, carefully examines and ordered exactly what addressed my symptoms. She did not appear to be "time" driven and answered all of our questions. I trust her judgement.

Dr Alexander has been my primary physician for 2 yrs and I have been very satisfied with her care. She is thorough, compassionate and friendly in her approach to my care. She listens and has a professional warmth that is difficult to find. She is a fantastic lady and a great doctor.

poor communication with patients and staff. Staff will automatically schedule you for a 30 day follow up after each visit, when there is no need for it. Dr. Alexander does not pay attention to your history. She almost prescribed me the same meds I recently had allergic reaction from.

I would not recommend this doctor. She and her practice has put my mom's life at risk 3 times now. She was unresponsive about a refill for her blood pressure medicine making her wait 3 + days. She wrongly read or did NOT read her CT Scan to alert her that she had a brain tumor and her partner misdiagnosed pneumonia and let her wait 4 days to get medicine. My mom will be looking elsewhere for better, more competent care.
