Dr. Sunita Swamy, MD

Dr. Swamy is a great, kind, smart, encouraging and understanding doctor. I respect her a lot and how she listens and does what she can to help in any issue. Her staff is amazing as well and I want to always have her as my doctor.

Horrible service. Took them over a month to tell me my lab results were normal and only after I had to go in person to request them because they never pick up phone calls or return VMs. The male assistant got offended when I told him he never returned my calls and has the most arrogant attitude I have encountered from a medical professional. Dr Swamy walked out of the office while I waiting for her to read me my lab results in the middle of the day. They just dont seem to care about their patients. The office vibe is dark, dingy, and always empty. Its just the doctor and the assistant, perhaps they're trying to save money on staff. If so, they should just shut it down because one of them is awful at his job and the other one has no backbone to keep him in check. Total nightmare and waste of time. My desire is to erase them from my memory altogether.

[My husband wrote this review for me.] Dr. Swamy is my wife's primary care physician (and will be mine, if I ever need one). I've attended my wife's appointments and I've been impressed by Dr. Swamy's competence, especially in contrast to other doctors we've seen. She's also tried to schedule my wife right away when she's had urgent concerns. Also, at least for us, she charges a bit below the U.S. median rate for an office visit, less than any other doctor we've ever seen.
