There was never any warmth, understanding or bedside manner at all. Before knowing I had PCOS & endometriosis I had many pains, irregularities. I kept ending up in the ER where thankfully, finally a dr told me, looking through my records, he’s 99% sure I had endometriosis. I told him Dr. Moola showed no interest when I brought up surgery & was clear about not wanting to check me for this. He told me I had to push & demand it! I did. She found endo, PCOS & a chocolate cyst & never apologized. BAD

Dr. Moola our OB, she is the one who also delivered, she was available during the day & night on phone to answer any questions or raise any concerns, she calls the nurses to check on us on a daily bases, 3-4 times. She accompanied our requests for unmedicated delivery, she don’t just rush to C-section like others, if she saw a tiny change, she’ll hold a whole scheduled C-section preparations just for us, my wife didn’t want a c-section & Dr. Moula made everything in her hand to avoid it.

Her office staff is horrible. Front desk girl tried to intimidate me to pay a fee I shouldn't have been charged for. Her Nurse assistant refused to give me my shot on my arm and injected it in my behind instead and now I have a bruise the size of a fist. I have never seen such a miserable and unhappy staff. Not sure how women who are expecting even go to this office. I went to my HR today to change my entire insurance policy so I can get away from having to see this doctor.

We like the service there she is so coperative , helpful and friendly .She was always there during our whole pregnancy period and at the end we had healthy baby.. i had good experiences there. I will recommend this Dr to my colleagues and friends..

Was seen by this doctor and it was the most unpleasant Pap smear experience I've ever had with an Obgyn. Was told to come back for an ultrasound which I did and it was unpleasant experience. I don't want to be seen by this doctor ever again, she will not release my my results to my General doctor.

Referred for pelvic exam. NONE GIVEN. De. asked 2 questions and wrote Rx for birth control pills for cramps. Arrived in office 30min after my appt time, I waited another 20 min in exam room while she saw 4 others waiting. My PCP could have given Rx, he wanted to know cause of problem. If pills don't work come back in 3 mo. I still do not know what is wrong! Office clean, staff ok. Waste of time with this doctor. Prefers handing Rx to finding cause.

Absolutely the worst doctor I've ever been too. If I can do a 0 star that would be it, unfortunately 1 star would be the lowest. Do not go to this doctor, her name says it all Dr. Moola = money!! She's in the medical field for the wrong reasons and her staff omg!! clueless!
