My 40 year old husband was a patient at Exeter hospital in August 2021. Dr. Jo was his hospitalist. Due to his diagnosis, stage IV cancer, an intestinal blockage and having previously taken antibiotics, Dr. Jo would not prescribe him antibiotics for his cellulitis. She said that antibiotics no longer worked on him. His oncologist insisted she put him on IV antibiotics and the next day the cellulitis already showed significant improvement. Additionally, Dr. Jo kept insisting that he sign a DNR which he refused repeatedly. She didn’t want to treat any non cancer related issues because she thought his cancer was too advanced. It’s disgusting to me that a doctor would refuse to treat an infection because of his cancer diagnosis.

Part of a scam, just like Teledoc. Look at reviews...the CEO having inappropriate relationships with employees and insider trading. Wonder why they buy out other companies? Yeah, that's why. Considering they can't call you when they schedule a conversation appointment...And how is an "Internal Medicine" specialist reviewing complex cases of disorders? Keep it old school, and go see a doctor at their practice who actually knows what they are talking about.

You will not find a more caring, professional, and efficient physician let alone practice. Everyone from reception to nurses, physicians assistants and doctors are trustworthy, honest, and obliging. If they can't help you, they will find someone who can.I have NEVER had an issue there. They are truly amazing....especially Dr. Jo!

Dr Jo as my primary care has a great way of dealing with patients. She actually gives me time to talk and ask questions. I find her caring and understanding my situation. She follows through on what she says and I trust her. I will say it again, she is trust worthy. She is the best!??
