Dr. Sung Or, DO

I recently had cataract surgery. Dr. Or was wonderfully helpful from beginning to end, making sure all of my questions were uniquely satisfied. I felt valued and understood from the get-go. His expertise was evident in advice, treatment and care.

i was at a local hospital with my husband's surgery procedure. Our daughter asked if there was an eye doc working that day. i had something painful in my eye. Dr Or came out of surgery looked at my eye and prescribed meds then went back to his patients. He asked for a follow-up to see me at his office as he was at the hospital doing surgeries that day not meeting (me) new patients. He did a great job and made sure i made a follow-up appointment so he could see my eye. When i went to his office, he remembered me and asked how my husband was doing. Most docs do not recall those details.

Quiet at first but then became more talkative and explained everything thoroughly and took his time. Resolved my issue all in one appointment.

I was very pleased with Dr. Or's professionalism and how thorough he is. His assistant/secretary is just great! Definitely would recommend him.

I called Dr. Or's office yesterday to schedule my yearly diabetic eye exam, they got me right in. My first impression was the office needed organization as the files are piled on the desk. The Dr's explanation and the time he took with me changed my initial opinion because he was very thorough. Both Dr. Or and the front office staff were very friendly and worked around my nervousness. I've been to Stahl before and felt like I was just another number, so definitely a much better experience.

I find Dr. Or to be very professional and knowledgeable. He explains what he is doing and why. He removed my cataracts and is providing good follow-up care. His staff is friendly and courteous and the wait area is clean, attractive and comfortable. I have and will recommend others to him.

Very rude! Robotic and dry. Disheveled. Told my mother she was whining when she was explaining her sensitivity to light. He was successful at reducing the pressure in my mother’s eyes and has improved her eyesight. So if you don’t mind complete disregard for you as a person this the physician for you. Also no sink in room for physician hand washing.

First time patient experience. Appointment was at 2:00pm.....we arrived at 1:45pm.....its currently 2:55pm and the doctor just came in. Then his assistant came in during the exam and the doctor went out to take a phone call. Very unprofessional and he doesn't explain what he is doing before he switches from one test to another. Horrible experience!

Doesn't take the time to thoroughly explain what he is doing and why. Is always late to appointment.
