UNPROFESSIONAL
Due to my parents having died from lung cancer and my being a previous smoker, Dr Naik thought I’d best for me to have a CT Lung Screen. I thoroughly agreed. She told me that she would call me in 3-5 business days. Radiology department called me 2 days after my scan to schedule a 6 month followup and couldn’t tell me why. I called Dr Naik and the receptionist told me that she authorized the Radiology department to contact me and that Dr Naik would call me back that day. No call!! At this point I started to panic, stress and couldn’t sleep for fearing the worst. Day 2, I called the receptionist again and left another message. Day 3, I called and left a message saying that if Dr Naik didn’t call be back by COB, I would find another doctor. I then went to the Radiology Center and got my own results to discover that I do need a follow-up. This type of treatment to patients is very unprofessional! I hope after reading this, you will take my advise and find another Doctor!

Really love her but we can no longer see her
She has been absolutely wonderful to my family. She has kind and sweet nature and very caring and understanding. She listens well and consults you on care. Unfortunately she requires a covid vaccine now so we will no longer be seeing her. This is the only reason for only 4 stars.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I just listened to the receptionist tell my husband (who was trying to get a prescription filled) that, “Yea, you do need that medication! And you need to get another Doctor.” The call was taken through our car and guess what, my kids were in the car too! Did my husband get frustrated when the receptionist said that he needed to come in even though he was there two weeks ago and gave them the full list of medications? Yes. But that DOES NOT give the right for this lady to tell anyone to get another doctor and hang up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. I can only imagine the damage this receptionist has caused

I wish I could give this office a lower rating. My wife and I visited here to establish care with a PCP and Dr. Naik was incredibly rude from the moment she walked in. Not only did Dr. Naik blatantly disregard everything my wife said from the moment she started taking a health history, she was outrightly disrespectful and not understanding of same-sex marriages. At one point she said that just because we were married didn't mean that we should stop testing for STIs because those happen in same sex relationships as well-- totally insinuating that we were promiscuous or otherwise unfaithful. Incredibly disrespectful, did not listen to her patients, spent next to no time in the exam room, and IS NOT LGBT+ friendly.

I have been going to Dr. Naik ever since she opened her practice in U.C. 20 years ago. She took over the practice of Dr. Park , who was my regular physician at the same office until Dr. Naik arrived. She was highly recommended by Dr. Park and I've seen nothing that would indicate anything but the best care and concern for her patients. She has been perfect for me. I am a male, 70 years old, with common age related complaints and diabetes. I see her quarterly and as needed and have received the very best care. She is a warm, considerate, and talented physician who has kept me in good health, with control of my diabetes and all other issues. She is also a particularly generous person with her patients. You aren't rushed through an appointment but rather have additional time for any and all questions you might have. She is thorough and supremely competent to provide the healthcare you need!

I would not recommend her to anyone. She talks to her patients as if they are all idiots. She talks over them and doesn't listen. Don't waste your time going to her. You will leave feeling confused and angry.

I have been seeing her for years and enjoy the fact that she doesn't rush through her patients. She takes her time, goes through everything in your history, remembers you and your family. If I need to see her today, her staff will make sure I do! They know my voice on the phone, treat me great. Wait time varies depending on time of day, she has referred me to great specialists when needed!

She is the most thorough doctor I’ve ever been to. She takes her time with each and every patient and knows her patients very well. Every time I go in, she asks how my family is doing, making sure my husband is staying on his diet, etc. Sure, the wait can be long at times, but it’s worth it. The reason there’s a wait is because she takes her time with her patients. I love Dr. Naik.

Never again would I subject myself to this "dr". /she has terrible bedside manner and does not care for males at all. I'd rather go wait for 3 hours at Kellum family physicians than spend 10 minutes waiting for this apathetic person and her useless office staff.

Dr. Naik is very nice, but the office staff act miserable. The facility looks like it was last updated sometime in the 80's and looks kind of seedy. Cracked floor tiles, old boxes in the exam rooms, things taped up on the walls.

Her lack of truly listening to the patient is very frustrating. She focused on things that had nothing to do with my ailments. I had to clarify her assumptions several times and she was condicending at moments. I only go to her when I can't get to see any other doctor. She is intelligent, but her bedside manner is lacking and she doesn't really listen to her patient's concerns. I gave up trying and left feeling like there was no point in me having gone.

A polpop was discovered & removed. It was stage 1 cancer. I'm now scheduled for sugery. Thank you Dr. Naik for taking the time where other doctors passed this issue up. She takes time to know you and most importantly, listen.
