I saw Dr. Shulka at Baystate Franklin Emergency Department. He was very thorough and explained everything that was happening and made specific recommendations about my treatment. He made time to talk to my family and me - even though the department was very busy. And then, he called me the next day to see how I was feeling. That was not expected.
