Very good doctor, she listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. My biggest complaint is from the time I sign in to the time I leave her office I'm usually there over an hour sometimes two. Also she's usually booked and instead of a followup every three months I have to wait four.

I've been seeing Dr. Volkov for about two years and my only major complaint is the lack of available appointments and the wait time. That having been said though, even when she's running behind, she never rushed through a visit and always takes the time to address all your concerns and questions.
