I come back because of Dr Bassi care and knowledge

My last few visits involved hip and shoulder pain both of which caused me extreme pain.Dr. Bassi immediately pin pointed the problems and took the appropriate measures to treat me. Both conditions were quickly resolved and I am happy to say I am back to activities of daily living without the previous discomfort. Thank you, Doctor Bassi

After several years of treating my left knee with injection for pain relief he told me I needed to make a decision about a knee replacement. He does not do them. He is now treating me for the pain in my right knee. Darn osteoarthritis! He explains the procedures, talks to you throughout to help you relax and gives a great shot.My husband receives the cortisone injections in both shoulders every 3-4 months. Dr. Bassi does it under ultrasound so the medication is injected into the right area. It has helped my husband, Charles, a great deal.

Dr Bassi was very informative and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me with my questions. Excellent care both visits!!

There are doctors who are both careing and listening and look out for patients well being. Dr. Bassi is one of those rare doctors who does this and more. Since my mother has been seeing him we got to know other patients and everyone speaks so highly of him and his staff. I recommend him and his staff to everyone. Your experience there is very freindly and extremely nice.

He is very compassionate and suggested further treatment for my knee pain

X-rays were taken of my painful knees. Gave me shots with no pain. I was petrified of getting those shots, however he has such a wonderful bedside manner and is a very caring doctor he kept me distracted while the shots were given. He has a wonderful sense of humor.

Dr. Bassi is my favorite medical provider of all time. He has been working with me on knee issues for apx 5 years. He always successfully treats the issue at hand. I can not say enough about his knowledge, willingness to explain procedures , imaging and diagnosis’s.He has great bedside manner and I feel he totally knows me as a person and not just a body part to treat which is awesome. It’s such a relief to really trust someone with your healthcare . I have that with this doc and am so glad I found him. Just the best in my opinion

My son fractured his wrist at school and I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Bassi the same day 3/23/21. He was thorough and is great with kids. Although my son didn't enjoy that he had to wear a cast for 2 weeks, the healing process did not take long. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bassi to my friends and family.

Dr. Bassi and Dr Omara are excellent physicians as Dr. Bassi is a Sports Medicine Dr and I have went to him many times to have my knee drained and the experience was always a pleasant one. Dr. Bassi has a excellent bedside manner and I can attest to the fact he is a kind man and I don't even have much difficulty when he drains my knee. He always is careful to take the best care of me with the least pain possible. If you need a good Sports Dr look no further, Dr. Bassi is amazing. Dr. Omara is a Orthopaedic surgeon and he performed surgery on my left shoulder and the post op period was almost pain free. Dr. Omara is very attentive to explaining the procedure he will do and is kind and courteous also. The staff of Ariel, Brittany, Becky and Chantelle are also vert friendly and attentive to a patients needs. I will go nowhere else, this practice has it all.....EXCELLENT on all levels.

I had my first visit to UMUC Orthopaedics in Belair. I was seen by Dr. Bassi. I had a great experience. Dr. Bassi is very kind, very patient, and listens to you. Each person I met that day was very pleasant from check-in to check-out . I was very happy to be able to get x-rays of problem areas on-site. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Bassi.

Spent $50 just to find out he couldnt help me with my issue, then spent $100 on a ct scan to see if he could refer me to someone who could help me with my issue. after ct scan his staff seemed to be useless when it came down to doing a follow up appointment.Then when I was scheduled for the follow up about my ct scan Dr. Summit was over 30 minutes late for my Telemedicine appointment. When i called the office his staff said that he wasn’t in yet and i would have to wait until after he saw another patient before he could call me for my followup, for all of that they could have just schedule me for a later time from the beginning. Now I’m sitting here waiting for him to call me for a $25 telemedicine appointment, wow. Im past unsatisfied, im livid. I just hope I dont miss his call when he finally decides to call me
