Rude. Anyone answer phones???
I've never been given more of a run around to get a first appointment. I'm trying to make an appointment because upon having recent lab work with my primary, there was an uptick in my antibody titer so it was suggested I see an RA. I've faxed my referral and blood work and still can't get an appointment. No one ever answers the phone!! Ever! I'll call all day different times and get voicemail. I'm still waiting for a Jackie to reply to my email. She emailed once. No signature. Unprofessional one liner. If this is how this office is before I've even made my first appointment, imagine. Find another office.

Run, do not walk away from this doctor
I went to Dr. Bhinder's office for 5 years. NEVER saw the doctor, only an NP. The last 8 months I was still going there I had a different NP at each visit. There seems to be a high turnover of staff in this office. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. Every month I asked about a specific treatment I had read about for Lupus. Not one of the NPs knew what I was talking about. The last one answered with 'we don't use that drug in this office.' After standing me up twice I got an appt with the doctor. She told me she wasn't going to waste her valuable time by giving info on a drug she doesn't use. She rudely interrupted me multiple times and finally reduced me to tears. As I sat there crying, she turned to her office manager and said 'I said everything I wanted to. You can handle this,' as she nodded toward me. Got a new doc. On the first visit she diagnosed me with another autoimmune disease and put me on steroids. I now feel wonderful. I spent 5 years in unnecessary pain because of Bhinder.

I have never disliked a company more in my life. EVERY single time I come in, everyone is extremely rude. I just called to get a refill on my medication and spoke with Jackie and I have never spoken to someone so rude in my life. She talked to me like I was a child and had an attitude that was so extremely rude. This company needs ALOT of help. It is not okay to treat patients the way they do. I have gone here for years, and I am fed up. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it gets worse every time I come in. If you have any recommendations for Rheumatologists, please let me know because this company deserves to be shut down for good. Also if I could give negative stars, I would but I have to give at least 1 star to post this review.

Condescending, Rude, and Just Overall Horrible
I don't know who she thinks she is, however she shouldn't be a physician. Mom's disabled and can't stand on her feet due to a failed foot fusion. Despite being in a medical boot when she saw her, this woman acted like Mom sat around all day and did nothing. She understands she isn't in the best shape and is tired of doctors telling her to lose weight when she needs help, she didn't yell or get upset, she just told her that calmly. This woman became irate to the point where she began to yell in the exam room, saying she was speaking truth and we shouldn't waste time arguing over it despite the fact that we had an appointment at 10:00 and did not see her until 11:35. She rolled her eyes at my Mom when she said she had side effects to a medication she put her on, and told me, "You need to buy her a stationary bike, as a gift". All over the map when it came to diagnosis, backpedals when asked questions. If you feel like being insulted and talked down to, this is the place for you.

I'm no longer under the care of this facility. So many issues so I'll keep this short as I can but DO NOT LOOK FOR CARE AT THIS FACILITY. First time diagnosised was referred by PCP, it took three months to get an appt., only to learn they weren't taking office visits and its all done over the phone??? Bad reaction to the Metho prescribed and it took THREE days for someone to call me back, change the medication to another. I requested literature, PT approval, any helpful info to assist me to move. Nothing, the zoom calls were never with same person, they missed my last appt (on phone) and charged me. They charge excessively high charges for phone appts., I spent almost three months with this circus operation and reported them to my insurance company since I've learned they misdiagnosed and left me with another AID untreated. DO NOT go to this place if your serious about your wellness, they do not care.

As a former patient of Dr Bhinder, I can say that personally I liked her, but she has no value of her patient’s time. I had asked for an 8 am appt and wasn’t even called back into exam room until 10:30, then waited in there another 30 minutes before seeing the dr. Her staff is rude and this was the final straw for me. I changed rheumatologists and am now very happy with another dr

Habitually losing charts or has them in the wrong folders. Orders tests and inadvertently they are the wrong ones and more tests equal more office visits. She is abrupt, disinterested in your problems, and passes you on to an np but she still collects the money. It took an np to know enough to send me for a test on a drug I had been taking for 3 years. It came back and after 3 futile attempts to get the results without seeing her. it turned out my body wasn’t metabolizing it. I was allergic. This test was after I had been to another office visit to find out they gave me the wrong form and this good np caught it. Needless to say she is no longer with them. Neither am I. Go to UCLA or somewhere else.

Dr Bhinder used to be wonderful, but she now leaves patient care to mid-level practitioners, citing that she can't see every patient anymore because she's out of the office alot being a mom. If you are comfortable with having your autoimmune illnesses treated by rude PA's or NP's even though they aren't educated in rheumatology, being spoken to like an idiot by her condescending office staff & treated like you don't matter except for your copay, then this is the place to go!

PAs don’t know what they are talking about. They can NEVER answer your questions. We went in for 2nd appt to find out test results and said “You don’t have lupus. You don’t symptoms, so you don’t have it.” I told her I did have symptoms. So she said “Oh, ok you do have lupus then. Here’s the medicine. Take it.” I felt really sick with the medication so I went in to see her. Told her everything that was going on and said “Ok.. don’t take the medication.” FRONT OFFICE STAFF THE WORST!

She listens and answers all questions. I feel like she is concerned about my well being. My first visit the staff didn’t call in a med and it did take a couple days to get someone on the phone. I had my doubts about the staff. The second time I needed to call for help (insurance didn’t want to pay for a med) they were fast and followed through on everything.

I really liked Dr Bhinder. She was concerned about my care. Her staff is a complete different story. The staff is the worst I have ever encountered. I left 4 voicemails and not one call was returned. I personally talked to the receptionist and was promised a return call the same day. In 3 calls the return call never happened. The PA is a waste of time. She doesn't follow up on issues raised during appointments. I am forced to find another Dr because my insurance won't pay for my Enbrel and the

Worst experience my husband has ever received. We basically went to just give a $30 co pay to sit in the room with her for 5mins and say oh he doesn’t have fibromyalgia he has acne that is what’s causing his pains or maybe he needs to go get seen at the cancer center! I would NEVER recommend her! We went to UCLA where he was treated with respect & actually taken care of and diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

Initially I was impressed with Dr. Bhinder. She diagnosed me and got my illness under control. I returned to work & my career. I did have to cut back constant doctor visits. I tell Bhinder's staff that my primary care doc can manage my illness so I can limit time off work for Dr. visits.Fast fwd. 6 yrs. My illness is out of control again so I go to Dr. Bhinder. She tells me she doesn't want to interfere w/my career w/dr. Appts.-as cold as ice. They had note in my chart&she held grudge Bad Doc!

Dr Bhinder cancelled my initial appt 6 times (3 were the same day, day before my appt). I finally agreed to see PA but was reassured that Dr would see me @ my next appt to go over test results. I verified @ reminder call & when checking in, but PA walked in. Gave me 2 wrong diagnosis (verified by 3 other Drs later) & wanted to start me on treatment that day (that would have really harmed me as I don't have that disease. Couldn't answer my questions & said the dr was too busy for her to ask my ?s
