Doesn't fill prescriptions. Robotic mannerisms. Seems like he doesn't care in the least.

I don't recommend him to any Medicare patients or anyone in a Patient Assistance program. He will NOT be bothered by paperwork. Even the Patient Advocate office couldn't get him to do it.
