Terrible
I was hospitalized for upper right quadrant pain. CT scan in the ER showed a possible bile duct issue. A NP from this office came to see me, agreed with what was seen and told me I would benefit from an ERCP. Later, Dr. Chennubhotla came in, said she completely disagreed with the original findings, and even went on to say ''It could be cancer'' with absolutely no empathy or concern. She was completely dismissive of my questions and concerned and just left my room. She left me to lay there for almost 36 hours with no food and no follow up. The following morning, my nurse told me there was nothing from this doctor and no future tests. The NP came in to see me and told me she had to rescind her initial diagnosis because, ''She's a doctor and I'm not.'' I then called St. E Gastroenterology and asked what was going on and they said nothing was scheduled for me. She just let me lay there for NOTHING!

Great doctor... knowledgeable and personable
Telehealth
Dr. Chennubhotla demonstrated great concern for my health. She asked questions and listened to my concerns. She suggested a plan of care and asked for my input. Since I need to begin treatment for osteoporosis, she worked me into her schedule for an endoscopy to address my dysphagia before taking the osteoporosis. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chennubhotla to anyone who needs a gastroenterologist.

Poor communication during and after appointments
Dr. Chennubhotla was inattentive when I went for my appointment. She was not interested in making me feel more knowledgeable or comfortable with my situation, only in her need to know of my symptoms and history. After the colonoscopy she told me everything was fine, but there are no notes in MyChart for future reference. She put me on a medicine and her office never followed up to instruct on how long to take it or to see if I was doing OK on it. Her "care" made me feel much more like a customer than a patient - she felt more like a scientist or lab clinician than someone practicing medicine for the sake of my well-being. I will not go back and do not recommend this doctor.
