Dr. Sukanya Pachaidee, MD

The dr is amazing, the nurses cannot get my prescription as I am waiting for over two weeks for them to fill out a prior authorization form for Cigna and I can't get ahold of any one in the office that will do this. I find it very upsetting calling over and over and it cannot be done. I need this medication as its essential for my severe arthritis. I have called several times to explain it, sent messages and it still goes unanswered.

Tried to make an appointment and was told they don’t take our insurance. She was very abrupt and rude

I have been seeing Dr Pachaidee for 5 years after visiting at least 3 other Rheumatologists with no luck. Dr Pachaidee listens and considers numerous options as well as respecting and listening to my concerns.

MY WIFE VISITED DOCTOR PACHAIDEE . A RHEUMATOID TEST WAS PERFORMED WITH RESULTS OF A RHEUMOATOID FACTOR 0F 24...NORMAL RANGE IS 0-14 ...DR PACHAIDEE MADE THE FOLLOWING COMMENT. "ADVANCED OA IN BOTH HANDS AND SHOULDERS, LABS ARE OK AND NO CONCERN" MY WIFE HAD AN ADDITIONAL TEST RECOMMENDED BY ANOTHER DOCTOR.. THE TEST NOW SHOWS THAT HE RHEUMATOID FACTOR IS 31.7 .. SEEMS THAT THE RESAULTS SHOW A LARGE INCREASES EVEN THOUGH DR. PACHAIDEE IN HER ORIGINAL LABS WERE OK AND OF NO COCERN...VERY POOR DIAGNOSIS BY DR. PACHAIDEE.

She makes it almost impossible for a new patient to schedule. She demanded that I give her a referral letter from my doctor. It was NOT due to insurance purposes. I thought that was kind of hoity-toity on her part. Trying to get that done and then schedule, they made me wait SIX months to get in to see her!!

I had a virtual visit in February of 2021, after having been seen in the office by my primary. If this was the only issue so be it, however the whole time I just felt like Dr. Pachaidee wasn’t listening to me. I had a low positive ANA test, which I knew was not significant but she was completely dismissive of. I had symptoms for several months that I never even had a chance to tell her because she focused on one thing that was irrelevant to why I was even seeing her. She ordered bloodwork but mostly for things that had little to do with my issues. She also recommended a diet change included no red meat - never mind that I’m a vegetarian. I did not wait the 5-6 weeks to do bloodwork as requested and never returned to her office. I have since been diagnosed with RA by another doctor and am on a path to treatment with a team who actually listens. I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Pachaidee and would not recommend her.

Dr. Pachaidee is very knowledgeable and caring. Listens to you and gives the very best advice. Highly recommended

I agree she is a terrible Dr. I was treated for lupus in Arizona by 2 doctors who were very versed Dr Pachaidee dismissed me even after showing her previous records test results etc. dismissed me since then I have suffered terribly. I was referred to another rhuematologust here in Florida who won’t see me as her policy is if seen by another try Florida Dr she won’t take you so Dr Pachaidee did. E a grave disservice vi probably should see a lawyer. So uoset

Very rude. My chronic inflammation In my body that I’ve have had before being overweight, she chalked it up to my weight and said my pain is “fibromyalgia” and basically sent me away to a pain clinic. It’s a diagnoses for a lazy doctor. Doesn’t explain all of my other symptoms. I would not recommend. Also my bursitis that she diagnosed re appeared and did not treat it and just sent me out of the office when I challenged her “diagnoses”

I have been a patient of Dr. Pachaidee so many years. Even though she has moved to Stuart, Florida, I travel the extra distance to see her. I would not consider changing this doctor. I receive so much good information and feel so well cared for. She is always quick to respond to my questions.

Dr. Pachaidee is my wife's doctor. I was impressed with the attention that she gave to my wife. She is never more than a phone call away. Dr. Pachaidee is quick to return phone calls. I attend all appointments that my wife has with the doctor. The doctor is always attentive, inquisitive, and caring. She always showed compassion. I was so impressed by this doctor that I decided to make her my doctor also.

Dr. Pachaidee, has always spent considerable time discussing any concerns I had with my psoriatic arthritis while I was under her care for over 7 years. I never felt rushed, or unheard. She has moved her practice and if it were not for the distance, I would certainly want to continue having her care for me.

Before I met Dr. Pachaidee, I was treated by another physician who misdiagnosed my arthritis. Dr. Pachaidee always greeted me with a smile. She knew exactly the type of arthritis I had been suffering with. She is friendly and wanted to know about other conditions that might be bothering me. She examined me thoroughly on every visit giving me needed treatment in the office when I was so bad off. She helped me so much. She will be greatly missed by me since she moved out of Melbbourne.

Dr. Pachaidee has been my Dr. for approximately 9 years. I had an injury and deterioration of my knees. She has been a competent and caring professional and while assessing my knees deterioration and exploring my options, her care has enabled me to stay mobile longer. I am facing knee replacement surgery now, but I have had excellent care from Dr. Pachaidee for years and would highly recommend her.

Dr Pacaidee is very caring. She is excellent in diagnosing patient’s problems/illness and providing the right treatment. She is thorough in explaining in use of medications, side effects and any information needed for patient’s treatment. She is very empathetic and is the best in the area and I will highly recommend her..

Dr. Pachaidee is a unique doctor in that she thinks about the entire health picture, stays on top of medical innovations, listens, shares, even laughs with me. My Rheu. Dr. in NC was old school. Dr. Pachaidee is new school and a breath of fresh air. She even saved my hair, which grew back in with lovely curls, when she was teaming with my pulmonologist to find causes for my unexpected lung problems. Excellent in joint/autoimmune disease treatment.. Great staff. Caring. I highly recommend her.

Dr Pachaidee is a wonderful Dr. She has always listened carefully to what I say and worked with me when ever I expressed an opinion on my health care. I will greatly miss her. The care she provided has made such a difference in my quality of life.

I have been seeing Dr. Pachaidee for approximately 5-6 years for RA and PsA. I have very complex issues with genetic defects, multiple joint replacements. Dr. Pachaidee was instrumental and proactive in assisting me with acquiring my biologic medication and disability. She worked hard to keep my pain to a minimum, coordinated with Orthopedic Surgeons for surgeries to my hands and elbows. Always concerned about my blood work and effects of my medications. I could not asks for a better doctor.
