Dr Alampur is a great doctor. No complaints about him. He takes his time explaining what he is going to do. He answers any questions you might have before and after the procedure. His staff on the other hand could use some training. You hardly ever get someone to answer the phone. When you leave a message you are told not to leave numerous messages and to allow 24-48 hairs for a return call. This time I called Monday left a message for the nurse practitioner. Today is Friday still no return call. I am scheduled for a colonoscopy next month. When I received the paperwork explaining the procedure it said I’m scheduled for an endoscopy. I called finally got scheduling. I told her I was supposed to have a colonoscopy but paperwork says endoscopy. Her reply “It’s the same thing” to which I replied “Except one goes thru the mouth and the other thru your butt.” She said the doctor will know what to do. When in the office the front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Dr Alumpur is good so far ! Mrs.Flitcraft is Rude
Flitcraft was very rude and so was the nurse . All I did was ask a question! She told me to find another doctor .. I am still trying to file a complaint on her.. does she treat all senior citizens like this? I

Amazing doctor and office staff!
I am always amazed by the time Dr. Alampur spends asking questions about my health and whatever condition that I am seeing him for. He often makes suggestions about treatments or supplements that credible research suggests might help. My greatest reason for trusting him is he saved my life by suggesting I go to Houston for an experimental treatment whike battling c-diff for 10 months after all local doctors had given up on me. Local infectious disease doctors had provided no options for me. The treatment worked! His staff is also amazing. I rate this doctor and his office staff as highly recommended.

Probably the best local doctor for colonoscopy.
I had a positive Cologuard a few years ago and was referred to him. The consultation was very pleasant. It was my first colonoscopy, but he made me feel comfortable. The actual procedure was painless and probably life-saving. I've been back since, and am glad I found him.
