Lack of respect
Subhash strolled into the office while looking at his phone at 8:35. My appt was 8:15. I checked in online and arrived 8:05. When I checked with the staff at 8:25 they said he would be in around 8:30. At 8:40 they showed me to the room and said he would be with me after his first appt. That was at 8. Clearly he doesn't use the alarm clock on his phone and has no respect for others. I took time off and drove 35 minutes for this evidently important individual. I had to leave ... this gave him a little more time to be on his phone No way would I ever use this person. Would give a zero rating if I could.
