Flexible and well informed
Dr Verseman and his team are very educated and well informed on all types of bariatric issues. I particularly like the continued research and updates to the surgery to help the patient through the process. He was very empathic and flexible with me on the date of my surgery after I was delayed due to a road hazard.

If you are a female, as well as neurodivergent and have struggled to lose weight through traditional means of diet and exercise alone, be aware that he may be reluctant to perform any bariatric operation on you. He seemed more interested with those who are unhealthy than those who just have bad luck due to hormonal imbalances with their bodies that makes losing weight the usual way much rather difficult. Please do yourselves a favor and find yourself a different bariatric surgeon, if there are other options.

Doesnt spend enough time or let you ask questions
Didnt care for the doc, he was in a rush and didnt allow me to ask questions about a serious operation. He has rescheduled several times and just seems like a mill to get people in and out.
