He has an agenda
Uncaring, mean-spirited man. Wants to take my son off of his medication. Keeps saying he is calling in a prescription and never does. When he did call in 1 time, it was a different dosage than what he said he would call in. If you see this man, walk out of the office and go to another facility. Totally useless, does not treat patients at all. I'm calling other places. He does not care for your mental health, or physical health.

BEWARE OF THIS IDIOT DOCTOR
Telehealth
Horrible person and Doctor. He thinks he knows you after 15 minutes and wants to stop all your medicine. What kind of doctor does this. He medical license should be revoked! I am going to make complaints everywhere until this man no longer practices! You don't stop meds on a patient because you do not believe in them after a patient has been doing well on them for 20 years! He is disgraceful!!

Dr. Rauch is a mean-spirited man with no sympathy and no idea what professionalism is. He'll see you for a quick buck, then not return your phone calls for weeks and expects you to schedule another appointment. Disgraceful. He did absolutely nothing for me but add to my stress. Also, why was there an unexplained man sitting in on our session? Unprofessional. Unsympathetic. Immoral. Scammer.

It is a very vulnerable experience when a person is seeking help with their mental health. I had a terrible experience while in the care of Dr. Rauch at Hackensack University Medical Center. Dr. Rauch vehemently disregarded my request of not having other residents present in the room while therapy was in session and continued to do so without my consent. At one point, there were 4 male doctors present in a room while Dr. Rauch was interrogating me. Besides violating my rights and feeling unsafe in his care, the manner in which he spoke to me left me feeling utterly broken, confused, ashamed, and embarrassed. Needless to say, I left HUMC feeling far worse than I did when I arrived. Please beware of Dr. Rauch, as I do not wish this kind of treatment on anyone.
