Dr. Stuart Lustberg, MD

Referred to him in 2009 when I was pregnant (after a miscarriage and IVF) with our 2nd child. He immediately put my mind at ease and has been an amazing supportive, patient, knowledgeable doctor ever since! Staff is amazing, as well, and I rarely wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room!!

Office staff is EXTREMELY rude. Sent me a reminder card to go in for a routine check up, but billed my insurance as an office visit!!! My insurance called them to offer help to bill it correctly so I wouldn't have to pay. They REFUSED!! I ended up paying a close to $300 bill! I then called back to see if they would help me. The lady flat-out said no! She said she didn't know my insurance policy. Well -- let me know in advance so I can call to clarify!!!

I have been seeing Dr Lustberg for over 15 years. I have had Insurance changes and needed to switch doctors which I was not happy with. I pay out of pocket to see him now even though I have insurance ( he does not participate with) He is very kind, understanding and takes his time during your visit with him. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to see him.

Dr Lustbergs office is terrible. They are so rude and money hungry. They try to get you to pay a $20 administration fee at your annual and they charge as a specialty provider if you dont pay attention. He is NOT a specialist. One time I was havig an issue and heard them talking about me outside the room where people waiting could hear. SO unprofessional. Hes losing so many patients!!!!! Leave now!!!

Worst experience I have ever had with a Dr office! I was told a ten minute consult was worth $117.00, yet he never had any records of me, didn't exam me and the office failed to follow up with me for another date. He also told my best friend on her first pregnancy she should get a DNC, she now has a healthy 6 year old little girl. The thought I have to pay a fee for nothing as well as him suggesting a DNC for a perfectly good pregnancy is enough for anyone to steer clear.

Dr Lustberg is fantastic. He takes tome to listen as well as to explain. I never feel rushed and I find the scheduling to be outstanding. My former OBGYN I would walk into a packed waiting room not matter the time of my appointment. I would often wait 1-2 hours to be seen. Bravo Dr Lustberg & staff, thank you for respecting your patients time and scheduling appropriately.

The staff was extremely rude. I came in for a possible loss of a pregnancy so was very scared. No one cared. They made me walk to the 7-11 store to get money because they don’t take credit cards and wouldn’t agree to send me a bill. Lustberg was quick and nasty. Zero sensitivity to a sad situation. The nurse was also very rude and short with me. Never before or since have I been treated in such a nasty manner by any business, let alone a docor’s Office. I do not recommend this place at all.

He hurt me in the examination, he didn’t give me Premarin for a years prescription then he wouldn’t refill it unless I came in for another examination before the year was up. I’m very healthy also.

The office staff at Dr. Lustberg's office is beyond rude. I have since changed doctors because of how I was treated and spoken to because of a rescheduled appointment. It's a shame the doctor has no idea patients are leaving because of her rude and uncalled for behavior. When I asked for the doctor to please call me she refused. Such bad business.

After going to Dr Lustberg for 8 years I needed to ask him a question about an upcoming procedure he was going to do. First time mind you I ever called to speak to him. He would not get on the phone with me to answer a simple question. He said I needed to make an appointment and come in to ask my question. Translation: he wants to get paid to answer a simple question about the procedure. Mind you I was just there and returning in a few weeks. I was disgusted by this behavior.

I have known Dr. Lustberg for 22 years. He is a wonderful Dr. Always returns calls, no waiting in office, very caring and professional.

He is extremely courteous, smart and a great doctor.
