Multiple problems with accurate billing. Billing Department & Dr. Fox's Racine office kept pointing fingers at each other and telling me neither knew what the other was doing as far as billing for Femilift procedures (which had to be prepaid). Took months to resolve and then I was billed $60 extra because quote... "The prices had risen after my procedures."

I've had him for a long over 6 years and have always liked him. Never had a bad word till now. While I love his blunt and direct approach I saw him a year ago for a implant replacement surgery. The implant shifted and I made an appointment got in right away as usual. When I saw him he commented on my weight gain and said that because I gained weight it was basically my fault. I explained that I was actually down 14 pounds and at a max through covid, losing my mother, and quitting smoking I had gained about 30 pounds but I was working on it and was down the 14 pounds. At which point he informed me 30 pounds wasn't enough to make it an issue and I was wrong I had gained a lot more weight. At which point I was I highly upset and i corrected him on my weight at the time of surgery. After arguing long enough he pulled my records and saw I was correct and glossed over everything else. I left embarrassed, hurt, and disappointed. He is still a great doctor but think twice if you are overweigh

The best…Dr Fox is easy to talk to, thorough in treatment and recommendations and answers all questions. He is very approachable.
