05/12/2022 I had a BR and TT w/ muscle repair. Dr Yearsley was my surgeon. In the days following, he kept saying 'this is normal, everything looks good' even though there were obvious signs of infection. I developed sepsis and cellulitis. I was hospitalized for 8 days, receiving IV antibiotics through a PICC line followed by 3 weeks of outpatient infusions. It's been almost 20 months and I am still not fully recovered. I've lost track of how many hospital stays, procedures, and surgeries I've had to repair my abdomin and there is no end in sight. Please, please go to anyone but this man. I barely survived his "care".

Not a good plastic surgeon
Dr. Yearsley did my reconstruction after having cancer and a mastectomy. Had to have it all redone as I was two different sizes when he was finished. Not happy with the results at all. Hardly ever saw him, his nurse did all the visits and work. Wish I had done some research before doing the surgeries.

My daughter is only 9 years old and was in an accident over the weekend. I asked the ER staff if we should call a plastic surgeon due to the nature of her injuries. They explained to me that they could call but that it was up to the plastic surgeon if they wanted to come in on a weekend. Dr. Yearsley said yes and came in to help. We just went to his office for a follow up today and his nurse was absolutely incredible. She was kind, knowledgeable, supportive, and answered all of our questions. Our entire family is incredibly grateful to Dr. Yearsley and his team! We saw our pediatrician yesterday and they commented several times how Dr. Yearsley did a perfect job stitching her. Thank you so much Dr. Yearsley for sacrificing your Sunday afternoon to help our family! We will be forever grateful!

1/23/19 My husband had a table saw injury. We went to the ER and were sent to clinic to see Dr Yearsly. He tried to repair the severed fingers in the patient room. No antibiotic, No thorough cleaning of the wounds. Tried to use nerve block twice it did not work. My husband had to endure by feeling every stitch while his fingers were hanging there. Had to go back 1/25 for surgery to set pins, he had no place to attach tendon on the middle finger but still set the pin. When the pins came out it just flopped there. Therapist had concerns with the fingers. Bone infection set in both fingers and they were both amputated on 4/5/19. Had proper procedure been done right away he could have been back to work 2 months ago. It's now May...long time for self employed guy to not work. AND now I owe ALOT of money to Yearsly for not doing it right to begin with.

Dr. Yearsley gave me breast implants and reconstruction surgury back in 2005. He did a beautiful job. I've loved my breasts. I'm at the point in my life where I'd like the implants removed and I wish Dr. Yearsley was still in Las Vegas. I'd like to have him do my removal and reconstruction, but I can't travel that far away. Dr. Yearsley is an excellent surgeon and a sculptor. That's a difficult combination to find.

Dr Yearsly and staff was amazing. I highly recommend him to my friends. Only wish he could work a little closer. But a 3 hr drive is well worth it.
