Always in a hurry, office staff horrible, too busy to take time with you, go somewhere else to get attention.

Took me forever to get an appointment. But, Dr. Siwek was kind and he explained everything to me in layman's term. He put out a plan for me and we are proceeding with it. This is my 3rd pain specialist in 10 years and the only one who was respectful and took time to explain. If you have questions, ask.

Dr. Siwek was not pleasant, but Kaylene John NP has been very patient answering my questions since I have multiple issues going on between a spinal slip and fall accident on top of spinal stenosis, fibromyalgia and p.t.s.d severe panic disorder and having to have a hysterectomy, its not been easy to manage my pain as it flares up and down and radiates thru whole body different places on any given day. i have an appt to see a Dr Turray this week but cant find any info on him.

Unable to obtain medical records when requested. Recieve run around about how long it will take. No one in medical records will return call when you need help in sending to ins. Carrier to maintain your short term disability.we keep getting told 2 weeks to 1 month before recodd sent and they won't fax when blue cross blue shield requests medical records with in 2 weeks to continue sending short term checks so you are.cut off because of not only 1 mo.turn arund but thee additional week to mail
