Dr. Shine did an EXCELLENT hip replacement for me. I had absolutely ZERO pain after the surgery. He made me feel very comfortable about the procedure and he even made my legs even so that I no longer have a limp! The office staff is TOP notch and very friendly. I really feel blessed to have found Dr. Shine's office. After three years of limping and being in pain I can now enjoy a productive pain free life again! :)

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr. Shine and his staff to friends and family. Dr. Shine and support staff are knowledgeable. They follow through, remind you of appointments and do their very best to accommodate your schedule as well as theirs.
Dr. Shine was always one step ahead of me; he usually answered all my questions before I asked.

Made an appointment for an evaluation of a painful arthritic hip . Scheduled an appt. in less than 1 week and surgery scheduled in 1month. Dr Shine and staff answered all the many questions I had concerning not only the surgery but also the pre operative preparation and everything to do with after Total hip including rehab, home care,and living with the new hip implant. Felt very confident with choosing Dr. Shine. Called the office several times with questions and they were always courteous.

Dr. Shine treated me for bilateral carple tunnel. This was a workman's compensation case. I was never made to feel different from his other patients. I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Shine and his staff were always responsive to my questions. My surgery experience at Fisher Titus was also very positive. I would recommend Dr. Shine wholeheartedly.

The office staff is absolutely wonderful! Dr. Shine was distracted, aloof, and unconcerned for my well-being. I've had knee issues for the last year without any relief or solutions. He read the results of MRI report without examining the films and did not look any further into my problem. If you want a doctor to prattle on about BMIs and that losing weight is all that you need to do (I can hardly walk) to fix it, then Dr. Shine is your guy. Watch out for pricey office visits too

Very positive. Had knee replacement surgery following a couple of years of degenerative pain and my recovery has been textbook perfect. Dr. Shine helped me to prepare for surgery using several procedures to help reduce my pain over a period of a couple of years.
