I felt heard, and he solved a complicated illness
Amazing thorough doctor who got to the root cause of my chronic illness. He knew what other specialist I needed to see and was able to get to the root cause of asthma, sinus, throat, cough, digestive issues by getting to the root cause. Another specialist had not been able to make the diagnosis. I am so grateful to him for helping me. He listened to me and didn't discount my symptoms. I felt so validated that I would leave the office and cry in the parking lot because he gave me hope. I found him very kind. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, they educated me, they solved medication insurance issues without me having to deal with the calling the insurance myself. I have no idea why there are some low reviews and I find it puzzling. Maybe only annoyed people leave reviews. I wasn't going to until I accidentally ran across the low score and thought, Uh oh, I should have taken the time to write a review. I am in a much healthier place due to Dr. Rosenberg.

Saw Dr. Rosenberg twice and will not be returning. Wait time extremely long considering amount of time spent with physician. Wrote prescription for bloodwork and when results received emphatically stated didn't request two specific tests therefore would not discuss the results. The testing site confirmed he did indeed request tests and even spoke with his office the day of testing. Testing site even had to re-fax results numerous times and have confirmation- his office stated they never received. Waiting to see another physician to discuss abnormal results! Wish I had read reviews before I scheduled an appointment.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My appointment was at 9/3 first time appointment by 1230 I was still waiting in the back and had not been seen or checked on. At least 15 people went in and out of the office as patients while I was there. I felt that it was run like a factory with people just coming in for the regular allergy shot. I have never seen such dysfunction in a doctors office. It was extremely unprofessional and very untidy at this establishment.

I went to this Dr. for several years. I switched to a different allergist several years ago and the difference is night & day. Dr. Rosenberg is not a very active listener. Unlike my current allergist, he never had me on an asthma backup plan. On o e occasion, when he called another physician's office, I felt that he was extremely co descending to the nurse practitioner he was talking to.

I had blood work done to find out if my two-year-old was allergic to Penicillin. After a week went by I called to find out the results only to be told by the nurse that I'll have to schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss them. I questioned this just because I'd hate to pay for another visit just to hear "yes" or "no" which clearly the nurse was annoyed about. I decided to make the appointment and was put on hold - and I never heard back from anyone since. Dr. Rosenberg was good.

This is more like a factory than a doctor's office. Was put through numerous testing with little explanation of what was going on and I was given a list of prescriptions for conditions that I don't really have (as confirmed by other physicians) and they left me waiting in a room for over an hour before being seen. I elected not to pursue injections as it doesn't make sense for me, and now they aren't returning any of my calls to find out about other test results. Not very caring at all.

In today's world Doubble scheduling is unacceptable. For any doctor to think that it is ok to schedule me for an 08:30 appointment and show up at 9 is unacceptable. Last time I waited 15 minutes before asking. Information received indicated a waiting time up to an hour extra. Rescheduled and went home.

Terrible communication from the doctor to the billing department. The doctor: At one visit he left me in a room until they started turning off the lights. At another visit, waited 40 minutes to ask a question about the 10 drugs he listed (10!), walked up to the desk, and was told questions could only be asked in a patient room ... which was now occupied. The cost: The place drained $3,000 from our HSA in 2015. No explanation of costs. Started taking Zyrtec. Should have done it 3 years ago.

I used to go to Dr. Rosenberg. He does not listen well, at all. I'm asthmatic. In the time I saw Dr. Rosenberg, he never had mje on an asthma back up plan. Dr; Rosenberg also comes across as being very condescending.
