Excellent
Dr Norris was very very good. I was a bit hesitant after visiting a couple years ago. Dr Norris was much easier to talk to, knowledge was superior. Gave me a lot of options beyond “we can get you a replacement one joint. Will definitely come back again

Dr. Norris re shoulder pain.
The good doctor was excellent in every way, and likewise for his medical assistants and even the clerical staff.Darned hard to get in and out of the building without getting lost, though! If the practice could advise new patients to park in the upper lot, and let them know the location of the practice within the building, it would probably save lots of aggravation.

Exceptional Surgeon
Rotator cuff repair with significant damage. Dr Norris did an exceptional job. This is my third, once left shoulder and second repair of right shoulder. By far, the best recovery with the least pain so far. All aspects of the surgery, cursing, anesthesia and administration were flawless. I Highly recommend doctor Norris.

Answered My Questions
Dr. Norris took time out of what I know must be a busy schedule to answer my questions regarding a possible replacement knee surgery. He carefully explained the results of the MRI I had had and explained why he was recommending a knee replacement surgery. When I asked for options, he compassionately affirmed my concerns and knowledgeably discussed the pros and cons of cortisone or gel shots as well as a knee brace.
