No pain, No surgery f/u done
In June 2021 Dr. Moore (works for MNUrology) took care of a 12mm Kidney Stone. I had to see another Urologist to have the stent removed. I finally called after 18 months. A 6mm stone was found. He wants me to return in 6-months. MNUrology has no reminder system, I was told to remember. If anyone sends a message to the Clinic, if you or they click Reply, message is not sent. (I learned that at another Specialty Clinic. I don't believe their staff knows.) I kept getting the original message with a new date. I will not see another Urologist at MNUrologyu!

My experience with Dr. Moore was excellent from initial consultation to surgery. He is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and a consummate professional. I feel fortunate to have found him.

I would never recommend him to anyone. He is very irresponsible. Meeting him was the worst experience of my life by far. I really wonder how he ended up with his profession in the first place. It’s truly hard to fathom who or what granted him the right to even see patients. He wasn’t even able to get his job done on a simple diagnosis. He simply avoids answering questions so that he is not put in a bad position even when he knows that he did everything wrong and it definintely changes people's lives upside down.
