Awful Thinks he knows all. Arrogant beyond most other doctors. Does not know all & does not seem to believe his patients, even though patients have been living with their own bodies & have their own awareness to offer!

Have seen this physician multiple times throughout the years. He is thorough and a great diagnostician with a desire to help. His ability to think outside the box has helped me on multiple occasions. Wish I still lived in New York.

Dr. Meed, who appeared to be a thoughtful doctor on exam, was unable to provide a diagnosis on initial visit, which is not a problem. I was told, "let me think." He did not order any labs or imaging studies. He prescribed a below normal dose pain pill for 9/10 pain. After two week I called to speak to the doctor. A message was sent to the doctor but I never received a call back. I called two days later, and still no call. The next day I called again, and was told I would be called by the doctor when he finishes with his patient, no call was received. The next day I called back and the doctor had already left the office, and wont return until Monday. This is total neglect. I explained that I was immobilized and could not make it to the office, but wanted to review my outside labs and results that I obtained. He was completely unavailable when needed. I feel completely neglected. The doctor had a week to spend 5-10 minutes on the phone. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

I had an appt for 3:30 and walked out two hours later I was greeted and taken into an office were I was basically treated like I was making up my chronic pain and extensive injuries. During a physical exam which entailed neck, head, arms, fingers back and leg grabbing and twisting /lifting/bending I was told I could work for Cirque de Soleil and was also asked to put my head down in between my knees. I was told that our conversation as the Dr. was collecting health info "had been accidentally recorded" by a "very sensitive mic" sitting on his desk(he said he would delete everything but I'm not sure) and kept using my job to explain how he assessed a patient which he used multiple times. This was very uncomfortable and confusing. He seemed very condescending in the way he expressed having 40+years of experience by which he can assess and diagnose a patient as soon as they walk through his door..? I was so shocked I could not get myself up and walk out. Never going back - horrible!
