Went to see Dr. Marshall because of painful teeth. He was obviously disgusted with the condition of my teeth and, after a very rough exam, told me that he could do nothing for me because I had no cavities. A few days later I saw another dentist and got meds for the abscessed tooth that needs to be removed. Yes, he dismissed my complaints and completely ignored the obvious abscess.

dr marshal... i never seen such rough, rude, i am old lady how much he hurt my gum by purpose , his receptionist is very nice lady she emailed me was sorry i left office by crying

He is the best dentist I ever had. Unfortunately he has retired and I miss his minimally invasive and observant care. He always kept me informed about my dental health prognosis and options and gave me time to evaluate my options and make follow up appointments. It was a no pressure environment.

I did two fillings as there was food left in these places, but the doctor put them so that everything looks good from above but the food is still stuck, I'm not satisfied at all
