Took my 2 year old to Dr. Marks for recurrent ear infections. We left mid-appointment. Totally not child friendly, wanted me to restrict my son to my lap for the entire appt for no reason. Told me you can't get a good look at a childs ears when theyre crying, which my son was, but then told me he needed tubes??? How would he know that if he couldn't even get a good look at my sons ears? Awful, and front desk was rude and detached.

Dr. marks is wonderful. My daughter was 4 and scared to death. He took her tonsils and adenoids out and put tubes in her ears. He made her so comfortable and kept her laughing. I will never go to anyone else. I highly recommend him!

Dr.Marks is great! About two weeks ago he performed my tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Dr.Marks' bedside manor is excellent. In 2015 I saw a different ENT to have the same procedures. I got so far as the OR room and everything was wrong. I had to leave. So this year meeting with Dr.Marks and having my procedure done at Upper Chesapeake was a much better experience. I am so happy to have found him.
