Went to the office as a new patient. The front desk receptionist demanded that I complete a form that was not necessary for me to complete. She was quite rude and unprofessional. Two patients were then called ahead of me yet I was early to my appointment and the first patient in the office. Given that the first 10 minutes of my experience was very negative, I requested that my appointment be cancelled and I left the office.
