Dr. Steven Landau, MD

(2023) My son was 6 at the time needing his tonsils removed. He has a series of disabilities including AU. My son had seen my son since he was old enough to be seen and knew of this, never had an issue until my son got scared hid under the chair and told him no. He has AU he was terrified. Dr Landua got up grabbed the paper work started yelling at my son making him even more scared telling him he wasn’t going to come into HIS office disrespecting him and looked at me and said you know what its better to take him else where and CANCELED his surgery the day before. Needless to say a surgery that he himself said was needed for my son. He should be ashamed of hisself. If you have a short temper like that you do not need to work in this field especially with children. I pulled all of my children from his office. If you ever need a doctor, DR. MIMS in Winston is wonderful.

Went for problems with my ear. Was having problems with fluid in it. All he recommended was using a nasal spray which another doctor had prescribed. Needless to say it did not help. He was not very professional and I will not go back as I feel it was a waste of time and money.

Dr Landau has always been great with my son and daughter. He is patient and kind. They ask a ton of questions and he never seems to mind. He seems to really enjoy what he does. I highly recommend Dr. Landau!

Dr. Landau was efficient and knowledgeable during my visit. I will see him again if needed and highly recommend seeing him.

I bring my 6 year old to Dr Landau and he is fabulous! I would highly recommend him to any one. He is very patient and explains everything. Great bedside manner! Highly recommend!

Dr. Landau was incredibly unprofessional with my child when we saw him. My son was scheduled for a tonsillectomy and when we came in for his pre-op covid testing, Dr Landau showed zero patience and behaved as though he isn't skilled in working with children. He asked me *in front* of my child (6) if "something was wrong with him". I told him he has sensory issues, and this seemed to only further irritate the Dr. He said my son was lying, that the covid test does not hurt, which I know is absolutely untrue. The only words my son said were "You've gone up my right side twice, can you just do the left side now?" and that's when Landau spoke very rudely to him, saying "You won't disrespect me, SON. I haven't been disrespectful and I won't let you speak to me that way." He also asked if I would allow his staff to restrain my son so they could do the test, which is quite appalling to me that they would even suggest such a thing. It seems to me this Dr. is better suited for adult care only.

We love Dr Landau, he has been so patient with us regarding my sons recurrent ear infections and is always willing to work us in to help settle this mommas nerves. He is very straight to the point and eager to help.

First time i seen Dr. LANDAU WAS OK. He sent me to have a scan, told me what was wrong and told me when i was ready to have the surgery to let him know. About a year later i go back ready to get it over with. He then tells me that he will not do my surgery because I smoke. I have never heard of this before. He gave my the name of another Dr. That would. Do not trust him . I fill like i wasted my money going to him. I'm sure that doesn't bother him
