I would definitely recommend Dr. Lam and his staff
My wife was a patient of Dr Ginsberg for many years. I mentioned to my wife that I had a very painful ingrown toenail last Thursday. My wife called the office Friday morning and explained that I had to go out of town next week and I had a painful toenail. They made an appointment for that day at 10:15 am and I was seen and treated by Dr Lam and I was out of the office a little after 11:15.

former pat of Dr. Ginsburg. I am an MD. My first impression of Dr.Lam Personable,efficient, explains problem well and skillful application of procedure as I needed. Will definitely continue with Dr.Lam as my Podiatrist of choice.

On the recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon, I first went to Dr. Ginsburg… thinking it would be a consultation only regarding hammer or arthritic toes! That appointment was a complete success from intro and procedure to leaving with a follow up appt with Dr. Lam . Dr. Lam has followed smoothly into the transition of being the head Doc. Dr. Lam has the same approach: diagnose and take care of it hopefully on one visit! He is gentle, personable, knowledgeable and witty …as well as In my case: getting the job completely done in less than an hour! Wish they would get an office closer to Exit 12 !

Dr. Lam is always attentive to my needs. He listens to what I have to say and answers the questions I have. Since my surgery in July, I have seen him in his office every two weeks. Each time I was at his office I was on time or before my scheduled time. Each member of his staff has always treated me with courtesy and respect. I would highly recommend Dr. Lam to anyone that requires treatment to their feet.

Dr. Lam did not listen to my concerns when I presented them to him and always seemed like he was too busy to see me. Never sat with me for more than 5 minutes regardless of my pain level or concern. Only answer was orthotics and nothing else. Would not recommend.

Dr Lam has a very poor bedside manner. I knew right away because I could hear the way he was talking to another patient with the door open. When he came to see me, he did most of the talking, didn't even get my full story. I will not go back.

I brought my 4 yr old Grandson to Dr. Lam. I would highly recommend him!! Dr. Lam has such a calming, friendly and courteous manor about him. He was very informative about the process, procedure ,and after care we received From Dr.Lam and ALL of the staff they were so friendly & helpful. They really put our nerves at ease from the moment we walked through the door. We are very grateful for the entire experience
