The best!
I have been a patient of Dr. Lacher’s for over 10 years. He has always provided exceptional care, compassion and kindness. I struggled with health issues and getting pregnant and he made sure to do all necessary steps to get answers. I struggled with extreme anxiety while pregnant and he gave my husband his cell number just incase he got concerned. He was going out of town the day I was going into labor and wound up popping in my hospital room to let me know I was in good hands and it was going to be okay. It meant the world to myself and my husband. There aren’t many Doctorsthat make you feel like you aren’t just another patient and that is what makes him such a great person. On top of that, I have never had a problem getting an appointment quickly and there is never a long wait in the waiting room.

RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE STAFF
I would give this doctor and his practice 0 starts if I could. As a first time patient coming in for the first time, I was greeted by EXTREMELY rude and condescending staff. I missed my exit and unfortunately was about 10 minutes late. Upon entering, they essentially told me to “Stop right there, we need to see if he’ll even see you”. By the time they figured it out, it was about it 15 mins past my scheduled appt time. Karen (yes that’s her name) came out and said yeah he’s not seeing you. I said oh wow okay, can I know his next opening? She responded snappy “No, you can’t book with him”. Shocked I asked “He has no openings in the future?” she said no, you were over 30 minutes late. I corrected her stating that NOW after we’ve been talking I’m still 15 mins past my scheduled time. I came in for a very serious matter and to be treated like absolutely nothing and “banned” for being 10 minutes late was shocking and hurtful. Very callous!!

I have been seeing Dr. Lacher for 23 years. He handled my 3 pregnancies and all of my care since then. I want to communicate that he is experienced, very skilled and extremely thorough. I trust his judgement and care. I have always felt secure and well cared for by his professionalism.
