Dr. Steven Krakora, DMD

I had surgery to remove teeth in upper arch that resulted in the areas under my upper lip and sinus being paralyzed. Office shrugged off my concern by saying the feeling should be restored in a year. A year later, I suffer daily discomfort; reduction in my ability to breathe through my nose; alteration of my sense smell and a daily dirty nasal passage. The condition has not improved and Dr. Krakora and his office couldn't care less. This surgical choice has resulted in my chronic misery. My advice -- choose another!

I have severe anxiety and had my 4 wisdoms removed from my consultation to the day of removal everyone was so kind even the girl who did the IV was great knowing I sometimes pass out. Dr K explained everything before he put me under also . No pain after or swelling. Amazing! Thank you !

I visited the PA yesterday for a fibroid on the inside of my lip that needed removed. While I was hoping to have it done in the office that day, they could not and needed to schedule me for the procedure in the beginning of the year. The PA asked if I wanted anesthesia, what for? The fibroid is miniscule and doesn't require anesthesia or an OR and they wanted to bill my insurance for this simple procedure that a competitor is now doing in his office and will take 15 minutes. What a racket! Get a second opinion!

Positive and recommended. I had an extraction of a worn away bicuspid from being filled many times previously when I was younger. [ -am now 60] I thought it was going to be a dreadful extraction, but it took maybe a minute and was pain free during the extraction and after.

I saw Dr Krakora for a failed dental implant removal and adjacent tooth extraction. The implant removal required major jaw bone restoration. The work Dr Krakora and staff performed was completed in a timely and amazing manner. I believe the doctor is one of the most intelligent and competent professionals I have ever encountered. You can feel comfortable you are being treated by one of the best oral surgeons available anywhere.

Dr. Krakora and his staff were all very professional and caring to me throughout my whole experience at his practice! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of oral surgery!

Extremely disappointed, I went there for a very loose bottom wisdom tooth was recommended I have the top one removed also. I needed to be put under they wanted another doctor to sign off on putting me to sleep. They would not do it without that. Waited three weeks to hear from them never heard from him, call them up told them I was in pain asked if I could just have the bottom one removed with Novocaine. I was told it was over a month wait but if they could get the approval I could be in the following week for gas. Went there on April 4th now June 2nd never heard back from them still have the extremely loose tooth and a lot of pain. Also received a letter from Dr krakora stating how nice it was to meet me at my first appointment. I never met the man , I only met and assistant and a nurse practitioner. I feel this practice abandoned me and I would never recommend them to anybody.

I am a patient of Dr. Krakora and approximately 8 months ago, he performed oral surgery involving an extraction of a tooth and replacement with a dental implant. This was done with no pain or discomfort. My recovery was also surprisingly the same. After taking ibuprofen the next morning, no more pain medications were necessary. I found Dr. Krakora and his staff to be very professional and competent.

Dr. Krakora was excellent. He talked to me throughout the surgery making sure I was ok while he was working. He extracted 3 teeth and I was amazed at how quickly and effortlessly he removed them. I went to work the next day and everyone was amazed that I had no facial swelling and very little pain. Everyone wanted to know the doctors name and I was happy to recommend him. Two days later I received a letter and a text inquiring how I was feeling. I am glad I was referred to Dr. Krakora.

I left telling people I ran away! He spent a full MINUTE with me telling me he would schedule surgery in a couple weeks! Barely GLANCED at me! RUN!!!!!!! If zero was a choice, I would give it or lower!

I was very satisfied with my tooth extraction by Dr. Krakora. My tooth healed really nicely and there was not much pain. The nurse who prepped me was helpful and the post op Instructions were easy to follow and well written. Dr. Krakora is truly a skillful oral surgeon.

I have never had a surgeon check on my child the same evening as the surgery, especially on a Friday. It was nice to be able to ask questions about his recovery and get an immediate response.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Humburger. I healed quickly and didn't have much pain afterwards. I would definitely recommend for wisdom teeth extraction. And they were able to get me in for surgery within 2 days. The other dentist I called couldn't get me in for surgery for at least 2 months.

I would like to start off by saying I’m a little older than the typical wisdom tooth removal patient. I’m in my mid 30’s so I was quite nervous as to how bad recovery might be. Dr. Karakora actually performed my procedure today, and I’m writing this review, because I’m well enough to do so. I am beyond impressed with the whole process from initial evaluation to my procedure today. I feel that Dr. Krakora and his team of experts provided me with the best possible care! Highly recommended!!!

I had a toothache. My dentist called at 0945 and by 1100 I was in an exam room getting my procedure started. Dr. Krokora and the entire staff were all great. Very professional efficient and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and can’t say enough good things about them.

Dr. Karakora & staff were extremely personable, friendly and professional. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed, I can’t believe how Innovasive the procedure was. My only regret is that I didn’t have it done sooner.
