This was a wonderful experience for me from my initial meeting through the surgery and all the follow up visits. Besides being an excellent surgeon, Dr. Hopping is also an artist. Steven Hopping did a fabulous job on a neck and eye lift I had done in 2024. It was so natural that I looked refreshed without looking overdone and more importantly I looked like me. He listens and is conservative and will not recommend treatments you don't want or are not needed. His staff are kind, compassionate and thorough. Follow up to treatment was exceptional and my recovery was smooth. Dr. Hopping is a master at his craft. I highly recommend him.

excellent personal attention from Dr. Hopping and his staff; have had 2 major plastic surgeries and am extremely happy with the results. My partial facelift and subsequent, eye, neck and jowl lifts resulted in excellent, noticeable improvements that are very natural looking. His in-office surgical center makes the whole process much easier, comfortable and safe! Dr. Hopping is very positive and supportive personally and provides excellent advice without pushing particular procedures. I have met with other plastic surgeons who were somewhat demeaning and condescending which is the last thing a patient needs when considering surgical treatments to improve their appearance.

This is my second surgery with Dr. Hopping, 20 years apart. This time, a necklift, and the results were superb and his followup upon recovery has been equally wonderful. In addition, Dr. Hopping does good work with cleft palates and other facial deformities in Nepal (much of the staff is Nepalese, the nurses are GREAT.). Dr. Hopper is a top notch plastic surgeon and hair restoration specialist. Attentive, he has an expert opinion and can be trusted completely. He looks at you carefully, listens well, and thoroughly collaborates with you throughout the process.I had the stealth lift (face neck lift). Fully recovered, you'd never know I had it. No more chub under the chin, no more middle-aged sag (I'm a 54-year old male). Recovery takes about 2 weeks (some swelling and bruising is par for the course).Dr. Hopper's clinic is particularly careful about safety. He needs a letter from your physician (fitness for surgery etc.), bloodwork, current medications, the works.I also had a hair transplant with Dr. Hopper. Eight months later, hairline is restored. Perhaps still some hint of 'earliest stage thinning' when the hair is really wet. Success is somewhere in the 90-95 percent range. You wouldn't think I had any hair loss if you met me now.

Dr Hopping is a magician! I had a facelift and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. He and his staff are wonderful and kind and I feel (and look) 15 years younger, yet completely natural! He is the best. This has been life changing!

In 2004 (ish) Dr. Hopping did a I had a brow lift and surgery for hooded eyelids. I was pleased and felt it was the best decision that I ever made. I was super happy with the results so when I decided on a facelift this year (2021), my decision to go back to him was a "no brainer". I am thrilled with the results of my recent surgery. I felt like I was in great hands through the entire journey from consultation, surgery, recovery and finally the post op appointments. He took the time to talk with me about my hopes and expectations. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions. His staff is warm and friendly. In particular, his nurses were awesome. Dr. Hopping did such a wonderful job. I could not imagine being any happier with my appearance.

Dr. Hopping is one of the best cosmetic surgeons in the country! I have been going to him for various procedures for the past 20 years, and have always been impressed with his experience and skill level. HIs subtle hand is effective at making you look younger, without looking done. The staff was highly competent and efficient as well. He's the only doctor I trust with my face and body. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a S Facelift, Brow lift, Bilateral Blepharoplasty, and a fat transfer done in November 2019, all which has to be redone. I have received some revisions by another surgeon, however, much more is needed to correct what he did. This has just about ruined my life, as well as my family's due to the financial hit on our family, because of having to have the surgery redone. I am saddened and hurt because I put all my trust in Dr. Hopping and he let me down.

He did a fantastic job on my face. I look refreshed and not scary. His staff have been with him for a very long time. He’s also a very nice guy and I have total confidence in him.

My friends met with several highest rated cosmetic surgeons in the area. It was extensive research! Every single person selected Dr Hopping and they are thrilled with the care, compassion, and results! From what I’ve seen, he’s the best.

Dr. Hopping was okay, but better plastic surgeons are available in the DC area. I went to Dr. Hopping for liposuction of the upper thighs and buttocks. He also recommended liposuction of the lower thighs, which I agreed to. While the original procedure that I wanted-buttocks and upper thighs-came out fine, the lower thighs came out asymmetrical, and Dr. Hopping had to do a second procedure to add fat to one. They're still not evenly matched, but he said that was the best he could do

There are many plastic surgeons in the DC area. Find a better option. I had my nose worked on a few years ago and it needed very little but after surgery I had to go to another surgeon to fix/improve my nose. He denies his promise of what my nose would look like. I'm not the first to find his overnight nurse service to be completely useless. Find your own nurse service. If you decide to put your body in his hands, don't let him convince more $ treatments the day of surgery
