The doctor was great, professional and approachable at the same time. Except for the waiting time, everything was excellent.

This is a complaint for the office of Dr. Henriques and not for him since I did not had the opportunity of meeting him. I had an appointment with Dr. Henriques for June 29 at 1:30PM, it took me almost 45 minutes to drive for this appointment and 5 minutes before my arrival I was told over the phone that the Dr. will not be able to see me, so they rescheduled my appointment for today (July 5th) at 10:30 AM; I arrived at the parking lot at 10:28 after another 45 minutes drive and called the office to get directions to the office, since it is a big complex, and after a few tries I was told again that the Dr. will not see me because he will not be in the office today, and that I need to reschedule again. At that point I refused to reschedule or even go back there ever again after the waste of my time for the second time in a week and almost 3 hours driving. I was so frustrated with this office lack of customer attention that I contacted the Office Manager (Nancy) and complained about the

Very unhelpful with a serious issue! I wish ethical practice was considered important by this surgeon and in his reviews of other surgeons callous errors and decisions.

Amazing surgeon. Dr. Henriques is professional and knowledgeable. He takes his time to listen to the patient’s questions and concerns. He goes over all possible options until the patient is comfortable with the plan of care. I couldnt have asked for a better surgeon or a better experience. I have healed quickly without any complications. He has made sure I feel safe and has always been available.

I can't say enough good things about him. He's personable, intelligent, thorough in his explanation of the diagnosis and gameplan for the surgery, and my favorite thing about him is that he really listens to your concerns and gives you ample time to speak. He genuinely cares about you as if you were family. His staff is great, especially Stephanie, who was invaluable in guiding me with my stress over the financial aspect of the procedure. I've had a fantastic experience with Dr. Henriques.

Dr Steve and his team are absolutely outstanding. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and ensure you know you are making the right decision. I have not ever had a better doctor, he saved my life without question I would not be here today if it wasn't for him and his team. Furthermore, after the initial problem he frequently visited me in the hospital and has continued to lead and recommend on my treatment, ensuring I have the best specialists needed.I cannot recommend him enough

During my stay in Miami I consulted Dr Steven Henriques a little bit in a panic further to an infection which extended because of a wrong diagnostic (made and another hospital of the region). Dr. Enrique is a young very talented doctor, profoundly human and reassuring who surrounded himself with a medical and administrative team of excellent quality. I was received, advised and been looked after with great professionalism, quickly and very effectively. A big thank you!
