Red flags
My symptoms and bloodwork both had red flags indicating disease, but Dr Hauser neglected to listen to me and disregarded my opinion about my health. He said that I needed to take painkillers and antidepressants instead of having additional tests and getting to the root cause. 1 visit to another dr and I was sent for testing and received a positive diagnosis and real treatment plan.

No follow up. No returned calls
He may be a fine doctor, but do not expect compassion, returned calls or follow up of any kind regarding medical testing or illnesses. You will have to be a good advocate for yourself. Although the office staff is wonderful, his current medical assistant is both crude and condescending.

He is a new doctor for me and I am very happy this far. He listens to my concerns and referred me to an ENT, an MRI and a nerve study.. I had expressed the same symptoms to my previous doctor and he did none of that. The tests Dr Hauser recommended provided the information we needed to pursue treatment. He is very attentive, takes time to listen and makes you feel very comfortable. I do recommend him.

There was less than a five minute wait. He had reviewed blood work/etc. taken previous week and explained the results clearly /professionally with realistic improvement suggestions directly related to my specific situation. Highly recommend him!!!!!

I saw Dr. Hauser several times over the course of 2 months with issues related to chronic sinus infection/bronchitis, however, Dr. Hauser related my symptoms to being overweight and allergies. I was tested for allergies and the testing came back with nothing. When I asked Dr. Hauser for a referral to an ENT, he stated that I would have to come into the office again in order to get the referral. Apparently he needed another insurance paid office visit? I went to the ENT with a referral from a doctor at Mission Health and they immediately scheduled me for a procedure that was needed in order to clear up my chronic sinus condition. Dr. Hauser spends plenty of time in the room with his patients, but he doesn't listen to them.

Dr. Hauser is very knowledgeable, shows genuine concern about my health, doesn't waste time with frivolous tests, orders tests and seeks support from specialists when needed and has a great personality. Highly recommend him.

Misdiagnosed, did not follow up on lab work. Took over 1 week and 3 phone calls to return my call. Did not listen to my concerns. Rushed me through appointments.
