Daughter of 84 yo patient.
My mothe has been a patient of Dr. Harris for many years. She has chronic lung issues from spores she inhaled into her lungs. She has been on Prednisone many years. He tries to wean her off periodically but she seems to always get bronchitis as a result. Pneumonia a few times. Anyway, she was experiencing symptoms last week and had an appointment with him at the end of the week. Out of prednisone. Keep in mind she is 84 and was sick. She arrived 10 minutes late for her appointment and they REFUSED to see her. She explained that she felt like she had bronchitis , wheezing and difficulty breathing and really needed to see him. They refused. She went home and rescheduled for the following Wed. By Tuesday she was very ill, weak and unable to even walk. My brother carried her to his car and to the ER. She was hospitalized. THANKS a lot Dr. Harris for taking such good care of your long time patient! I have brought her to appointments in the past and waited for you much longer than 10 minute!

Nice staff, doctor is nice, but here is the problem. Doctors aren't problem solvers anymore. 42 years I've had asthma; I rarely have issue as an adult especially after move from a northern state. My father and his dad have asthma, and my sister has bad asthma. I told doc, I believe my asthma reduced because less exposure outside mold or bacteria. I am a researcher and know how to analyze trends. I have been to the hospital many times for asthma nearly dyeing once. Told him, past 2 years it has increased from an attack a few times a year to often, and I believe it is the mask bacteria or mold causing it. He didn't believe me, wouldn't refill my rescue inhaler, and told me to see a heart specialist. This guy shouldn't be a doctor and I am nearly out of my rescue inhaler and proved why I loathe DOCTORS. I wish my childhood doc was still around. Now doc don't think, parrot activist obfuscation, and unless you spend your life savings and mountain of documents treat you like a liar.
