He nailed my condition as CRPS when my surgeon had no clue!

Cold, judgmental, unfriendly, lacking in confidence, narrow- minded - and arrogant at the same time - which is a neat trick. I’ve been a nurse 50 years - and this guy was very unimpressive.

I went to dr. halle desperate for answers as I explained to him. After my examination, he prescribed muscle relaxers and advised for MRI. After I left the office, I attempted several times to reach out to Dr.Halle due to denial of the MRI. Dr. Halle never reached out and never reached out to my insurance as they were waiting for his call as well. I came in his office looking for help and never received it .

my problem is not with dr. halle as a doctor but with the way he runs his office. the last time i talked to him, he said i needed a cortisone shot and his office would contact me to set up an appointment for that. a couple of weeks passed, no one contacted me. i tried to call his office; no matter what time of day i called--mid-morning, early afternoon, whenever--i got a recorded message saying please call back in normal business hours. eventually i found a number leading to a voicemail allowing me to leave a message, which i did; no one called back. meanwhile, i was running out of the prescription he had given me, and it couldn't be renewed without his ok. i called the voicemail number twice, explaining the problem; this was several weeks ago and no one has called back to this day. this would be disturbing in any doctor but it is perhaps particularly so when this doctor's specialty is people in pain.

Dr. Steven G Halle canceled my appointment twice. The first time without notice. I arrived at his office only to find he had already left. The second time his receptionist asked if I could move my appointment because Dr. Steven G Halle had more important things to do. I declined as I am in pain and I can't keep rescheduling appointments and waiting. She called Halle back and he told her he wouldn't take my appointment. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
