Office staff is consistently incompetent. Whenever I call the office I get a different answer like they are just making it up as they go along. Dr Hall is friendly but does not communicate what I should do, what is my plan or care or when I should follow up. Definitely would not go here for long term health direction. Cannot seem to fix communication between this office and my pharmacy. They are the WORST Despite several calls from my pharmacy for permission to adjust a medication dose to account for a recall shortage, this office never responded and would let me go without BP meds for MONTHS just because they cant return a phone call

2nd time I haven't got my pain meds for my back. 1st time my fault didn't give them 48 hrs notice. This time I did. Dr Hall assured me there would not be a problem as this is the only thing I can take for my back. His office staff was told the last time to put it in my records and she looked and it was there. Now I have to go all week end without it. Every 30 days so why is it so difficult to do???

The staff is friendly, but incompetent. I've been to this office twice for prescription refills & each time it takes me several days to get the doctor to actually fill it. I've had receptionists lie to get me off the phone only to be told the truth on the next call. I take medicine everyday & have for years & they have caused me physical pain bc of their incompetency or lack or caring. Will not be returning

Dr. Hall and his entire staff in Seymour are great! I've moved around a lot and they are by far the best primary care doctors office I have ever been too. Beware of his Pigeon Forge location though, I went there once and it was not the same experience.
