It wasn't over crowded for the first time. The wait time from the time you arrive, check in and get in the room, then see the doctor is usually very long. You wait a long time in the room to see the doctor. He is thorough, but he talks over you.

I like the doctor but absolutely hate the support staff and scheduling! Horrible experiences every single time I would visit. Extremely long wait times and the front desk staff are always rude.
