Thank God this man has shut down!
This is the absolute worse dr I have ever encountered. My husband had a terrible 18 wheeler accident. Workmans comp sent him to this guy. My husband was thrown out the passenger window, smacked the concrete and it split his head wide open. He has a tbi. This guy, without ANY TESTING, said nothing was wrong with him. I wanted to stay during his visits, because my husband couldn't remember anything. Graham asked me and my children to leave the office. I wouldn't recommend this dr for sh!t! He's a quack! I wouldn't even give one star!

Avoid at all costs!
He dismissed all of my concerns. He wanted me to leave without seeing my MRI images. After finally seeing the images and the evidence of White Matter Disease I was told that it was no cause for concern. He acted like he couldn't get me out of the clinic fast enough. I certainly won't be going back.

Excellent Neurologist
Dr. Graham was very thorough in his evaluation and examination of my husband’s symptoms. He was able to explain the MRI, the brain and the condition to us in language that we could understand. He did not rush the time he spent with us and we felt we received very good care.

Great if You Just Want to Treat Symptoms
Was referred to Dr Graham for "repeated traumatic brain injuries" and persistent neurological symptoms such as memory loss, executive dysfunction, cognitive dysfunction, seizures, blackouts, aphasia, lasting 5 years now. Dr Graham did not want to hear about any of these symptoms except headaches. He asked several questions about the headaches and was happy to prescribe me two anti-depressants for the headaches but did not let me finish describing the other symptoms and ignored my questions about the other symptoms. When I asked for info on the two prescriptions he was writing, he rolled his eyes and sighed loudly, and his tone immediately grew dismissive. He spent no more than 5 minutes in the room with me. I asked twice about testing so we could find out for sure what was going on in my brain. He said he would refer me for testing and I never heard from them about that. Dr Graham acts nice but is arrogant and not interested in HEARING women let alone finding the root problems.

I hate that he is no longer practicing. He was a great doctor! I was also a patient of Dr Graham’s for many years. Since he suddenly stopped practicing, I have been unable to get my med records from him. I need my prior (extensive) records from his office in order to see a new doctor. Where/how do you get them?

Went to this doc a couple years ago with constant daily severe headaches and desperate for answers. I knew something was wrong with me. He refused me any testing/imaging and told me I was fine. Treated me like I was crazy, and a drug seeker. When I went to a new neurologist, they had Dr. Graham’s office fax over all my records which they wrote on the cover, “I hope you guys can give Ms. Dillon the best care possible, including her severe psychological issues. Good luck! ?? -Dr. Graham’s Staff”. Very professional right? Come to find out, after ONE MRI with the new doc that I had a MASSIVE spinal fluid leak that was causing my daily headaches and had to undergo 2 major surgeries to repair. Horribly rude, unprofessional, reckless, and DANGEROUS Doctor... So beyond happy he is no longer practicing. I could have died.

I have sent a private message to his daughter (the appointment taker at his office, posted on the FB page for his office, and called leaving VM and texts on all the private phone numbers I was able to find. I have reframed from sending him a letter to his home address (but plan on doing so) asking for mine and my husband's medical records. After relying on him for treatment for several years I am still floored almost a year later how he could just abandon us and not leaving a way for us to get our records.

I was a patient of Dr Graham's for over 20 years. He was always polite and professional. I got along with everyone who worked in the office. I hate that he is no longer practicing. I did receive a nice letter a few months before he stopped seeing patients telling me that as of Dec 2019 he would be closing his office and he also hand wrote a nice note as well. Miss him terribly. He helped me greatly. Won't find another doctor like him.

This doctor just stopped practicing without notice to hid his patients. The main operator said he closed around Nov., Dec. 2019 and didn't leave any contact information. Supposedly she says he was going to send letters to his patients. I haven't recieved anything and need to get my medical records for a new neurologist. After 10 years, the service is very poor, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

Dr. Graham saved my life with his diagnosis of my unrelenting migraines. I'm sad I can't find out what has happened. I would fly to California to see him. He is an excellent doctor. I assume the bad reviews are only from people who want drugs without legit health issues. I hope he returns soon.

I have been a patient of Dr Graham since 2001. He first diagnosed my MS. I had a relapse the first year that Dr Graham successfully treated. I am still walking. When the family relocated in 2008 and having bad experiences finding a doctor in an other state, I drove 350 miles for 8 years to see Dr Graham. The Staff always saw to my Medication refill needs. I was worked in many times over the years. I don't understand the reviews I've read.

Dr. Graham surpassed all my expectations...a prominent Neurosurgeon referred me to Dr. Graham for an EMG (a special test to see if I need a type of nerve damage like of Carpel Tunnel) and I was immediately worked into their VERY busy office and was seen within 15 minutes! The test or EMG came back as completely normal! Thank goodness I don't have Carpal Tunnel...just minor muscle strain: NO surgery. Thank you Dr. Graham for your compassion, sense of urgency and even the tiny blond girl that expedited my paperwork was so kind.

Never received a bill from this Dr. It was send straight to collections. I have not moved or missed paying a bill in 20 years. The service left something to be desired and I will never go back. Super shady without even so much as a phone call if the bill wasn’t paid. No idea if they even sent the bill to my insurance. The Dr that referred Me to Dr Graham who is down the hall has never had a problem getting paid because they actually sent me a bill! Ridiculous!

17 years ago Dr Graham quickly got my constant headaches under control using preventative medicines (only $3/month)... verses all the expensive pain killers other doctors kept giving me to stop headaches already in progress. Between headaches and strong pain killers I was missing out on life. His initial treatment has worked wonderfully for me all these years. His staff have always been readily available and very helpful. I highly recommend Dr Graham.

He was good and diagnosed my issue so I have no complaints against him but his office staff needs help. There is only one lady there and one billing person (from what I have been told) and very hard to get calls returned. Been dealing with some billing issues and hopefully will get those resolved, if I can ever get ahold of the lady.
