The Dr may be good but the office is the worst
What stands out most is the total lack of empathy and follow up by the staff that works for Dr Gerstner. They do not answer phones and infrequently return messages. If you do talk to someone they are uncaring and unresponsive. Agree with other reviews that Dr Gerstner himself is wonderful.

Dr. Gerstner has been my physician since returning to the United States in about 2000. He been a wonderful doctor and a very pleasant man to deal with. He has a way of encouraging you to do what you should be doing but in a very nice and subtle way. I don't recommend him to others because he is hard enough to get an appointment with now. After my death, I'll highly recommend him.
