LOW RATINGS FOR A REASON - DOESNT CARE
AVOID - Do not get surgery done by this doctor. He has a one size fits all mentality and you will be treated like a pill seeker and treated like your pain is just in your head and isn't real. He will NOT give out adequate pain medication and I wish I knew this prior to surgery so l could have avoided this immense amount of pain I'm currently in and avoided a $50 fee to see an urgent care for adequate medication.Staff is a mess, online portal is a mess, and nurses are rude. He has low ratings for a reason. When I was waiting for my surgery he was an hour late first off and I got to hear the nurses and other doctors talk bad about him - he’s not respected even by his own people. He does not care about his patients or anyone but himself.

New patient
New patient appointment could have been better. Was prescribed an antibiotic only by viewing inside my nose. No information given about possible side effects, which after starting the antibiotic was pretty harsh- had stop taking them three days in. Also, felt like the treatment plan created was more so based on the insurance I had and not about the symptoms and issues I presented with! Being that this was the very first time I have been treated by an ENT, I am a bit hesitant now in finding a new one - I probably will go to an allergist moving forward!

Excellent visit
Dr. Enrich was very personable and kind. He was patient and took a great deal of time to answer all of my questions. His office staff were the same. Very nice and genuine.

I’m not alone.
I have been to Dr. Enrich a few times. Each time I left feeling like he was a complete arrogant, unprofessional, egotistical mule. I explained my issues. And he may as well have said, “I don’t believe a word you’ve said.” That’s the attitude he gave back. He would give this long drawn out explanation as to what it could be. Unless I was a Dr. myself I couldn’t understand a single thing. He rambled on as if he was superior and knew it all. Once stuck the scope down my nose and when it hurt I turned away. He stood there as if I was wasting his time. And he is absolutely way overrated and over priced for the treatment I received. He is not pleasant to deal with at all. He acts as if he is annoyed by dealing with patients. I will never go back to him again. Good luck to any and all who do choose to remain his patients.

Do Not Recommend
I was referred to Dr. Enrich in January 2022 for a suspicious nodule on my right thyroid lobe. He saw me for maybe 10 minutes, told me he wanted me to lose weight before surgery and was going to refer me to an endocrinologist for weight loss. I decided to follow my intuition and do my own research for different doctors. I had a partial thyroidectomy in April 2022, the nodule turned out to be Stage 1 Papillary Thyroid Cancer. Even though it is a slow growing cancer, who knows how much it would have grown/metastasized if I had waited. My weight NEVER came up with the endocrine surgeon and did not cause any issues in my surgery or recovery. I would not recommend Dr. Enrich for any endocrine/thyroid issues. If you are in the area and want doctors who is care and take the time to discuss your condition and all the options, please seek out James Broome, MD (endocrine surgeon) and Cheryl Fassler, MD (endocrinologist).

Dr Enrich is highly intelligent in his field of ENT. I was told years ago that I had a deviated septum, but he said that I didn't. Some doctors will tell you things just so they can perform a procedure...not him. This doctor you can trust!

Dr. Enrich really disappointed my expectations. Maybe he was just having a bad day. From the moment he walked into my room he made me feel I was just wasting his time. From my recent experience I did not know if my constricted breathing problems in my throat were life threatening or not!!! He made it very clear I was not in any harm and when I could not breathe just lay down so I wouldn’t hit my head on anything because I could pass out. He told me once I passed out my throat would relax and then I would be able to breathe again and would wake up. . He gave me some instructions and I asked if he would write them down for me and he said, “I will not.” So, I will never go back to see Dr. Enrich. My GP doctor was appalled and she ended up treating be for my problems.

I did not have a good experience at all with Dr. Enrich. His bedside manners decayed as the visit went on. I was in the exam room for about 10 minutes with him and Dr. Enrich, at one point, used profanity during the visit and was not professional at all. I left his office feeling as though my questions were not answered and like the visit was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this ENT for anyone. I will certainly seek the help of a different ENT for my families needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Steven Enrich since 2018. He was able to diagnose my thyroid condition and also performed a surgical procedure by removing the right enlarged thyroid nodular. on 1/24/20. Very thorough...he educated me on the procedure and what I needed to know prior to the surgery and afterwards. I am very pleased and I haven't had any problems. He is also caring and has great bed side manners. I have recommended several patients to Dr. Enrich and they are all very happy. I am very picky when it comes to my health. All I can say that he will always be my ENT physician.

One of the best Doctors I’ve seen in Nashville. Great bedside manner, courteous, explained all of my options and gave his recommendation. He took his time during our appointment and I didn’t feel like just a number in his office. His staff if also very courteous and explain things so I never felt in the dark. Went above and beyond with my insurance to make sure everything was correct. I would recommend Dr Enrich and his staff to anyone.

When Dr. Enrich walked in he asked what it was I thought he could do for me. I asked if he wanted my medical history and he said his nurse had passed along my message. He repeated back to me and it was WRONG. After a very short discussion and him putting down Vanderbilt more than once, he said he could take me to the OR and fix it and I would be fine in a couple of days. I had to ask him to explain the procedure he was referring to. Poor bedside manner. Arrogant. Talked down to me. Waste of time

My experience with Dr. Enrich has been fabulous! He was the second surgeon I saw and was pleased with how he carried himself in the office. Super confident and I would recommend him for sure! He was great about answering my questions and Kendra (his office person) was super sweet! Be prepared to wait. I have not had an appointment where I saw the doctor wtihin 30 minutes of the scheduled time, but totally worth it.

In my 68 years I have never found as non responsive staff or doctor Waiting for three days for a life or death diagnosis is inexcusable. Also a two hour wait for an appointment is the essence of self importance. Find another doctor. Fast.
