Terrible at returning calls.
Staff is terrible at returning calls and booking appointments.Left repeated messages daily. I never received a call back. No one answers the actual phone, nor returns messages.

Awesome Doctor
In the last three months I have needed to visit the ER twice. Both of my visits Dr Coker was my Doctor. Amazing, took great care of me (with a very busy ER going on) and explained everything I needed to know in great detail. Never rushed and in both of my visits I left in much better shape than I arrived. Very grateful!!

Typical "corporate speak" administrator. Went to his ED at Delnor after falling off a ladder onto concrete, injuring my head and back. Writhing in Level 10 pain for 7 hours in ED with little care. It took almost two hours for any kind of pain management which didn't help. It took almost four hours for a CT to see if I had any internal injuries. Assisted to restroom and then wheeled to front entry vestibule loaded with narcotics and unable to walk by myself to wait for my wife, who they knew was over 1/2 hour away. No assistance to vehicle. Then, got bill for $24,628.75 of which my portion was $2,140.41. Recently went down street for same CT, $390 out of pocket. Dr. Coker forgot his oath. Just another revenue generator contributing to the health care crisis. Appealed twice. Never addressed my concerns. Just responded that Delnor ED provided appropriate "standard of care." Draw your own conclusions.
