My first visit went well, however since then have been trying to get back in contact with Dr.Chae for a follow up and can never get a hold of him to do so. No answer, no calls back, just left me hanging. Avoid this unprofessional service

Excellent physician when available! Has taken care of all 3 of our sons exceptionally hopeful to continue care with him until he fully retires.

Wow what a disgrace to have political propaganda plastered all over his office walls, this should not be allowed, I’m a small business owner myself.
He should definitely keep his political views separate.

Christina, the office manager as she claims she is very unprofessional. I would hope anyone visiting the office wouldn't have to deal with her!!!

Disgusting. Reporting to the board.
As a nurse...I would NOT RECOMMEND Dr Chae to anyone...unfit and incompetent.

I was stunned by his unprofessionalism. In his office, you are met with a ton of political propaganda. I went there because he takes medicare (hard to find in Aurora) but will never go back.

Rushed us. Tried to back away from accepting responsibility for basic functions i.e. Referrals for other treatments. Interrupted & talked over me. Waited over 30 minutes. I have very serious condition & treated like I was there for a flu shot.
Absolute worst experience I've ever had. Will never be back. Stay away from this disconnected, dismissive & uncaring dr. Really needed extra understanding & care today.
