Dr. Brown provided me with detailed useful information every step of the way throughout the entire process while in the hospital and continues to keep me very well informed concerning the progress of my recovery, always in person, and always with a smile, and just a personal touch that you thought was only on TV, but I would be remise if I didn't mention the equally compassionate individual care I received from two great nurses who couldn't possibly have done a better job looking after me with, and I know I've already used the word compassionate, but the attention they gave me was both very professional and yes, compassionate!

The appallingly unprofessional and overt incompetence of the office staff has led me to leave this review. I scheduled an emergent procedure, and left prior to having the procedure due to the treatment I received at reception. During the consultation, I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional the office staff were but I was determined to have the procedure done anyway. It became clear that I couldn’t trust the treatment if the staff that represents the office was so egregiously incompetent.

Dr. Brown saved my 90yr old mother from a deteriorating tooth infection that sent her to the emergency room at RI hospital. Had Dr. Brown not performed immediate oral surgery her condition may have become life threatening because of her frail condition. The surgery was a success. He personally checked in on her throughout her 10-day hospital stay to ensure proper recovery. He went the extra mile. I cannot thank him enough. Outstanding!
