Pleasant, answered my questions so easily understood. Didn’t have to wait long.

I know more about his student than I do him she took more time with me than he did I wish he took more time with me i felt like he was in a rush to get out of my exam room I don’t want to see no more students and I just want to see him let’s see how it goes on my next appointment

The doctor was ok, I was more informed by the PA though. Yet overall this service is poor. You want a appointment, forget about it. The dr says see you in three month…the scheduler says nope not open yet call back in 8 weeks???? What is with that? Its been that way for 18 months. Complain to the dr…he’s just an employee and has no say. Patient Portal…forget about it. It has no information except if you have an upcoming appoint. Yes they send you a sketchy summery of your visit but the test result and recommendation are not stored in the patient portal. Now that HFH is taking charge at the adjoining hospital it’ll probably be worse before it gets better. Time to move on.

I would definitely recommend Dr.Brooks! He was patient with me and took time to answer all of the questions I had, let me tell you I had a lot of them, with a long medical history to go along with it!! I previously saw a cardiologist whose answer to every question was “you’re 30” which left me scared and confused. Thankfully I was able to leave Dr.Brooks office breathing a little easier knowing I was in great hands! If you’re looking for someone that is easy to communicate with definitely go see him!

Loved this guy...I was under the care of another Cardiologist and in 1 months time I was in the hospital 3 times. The other Cardiologist was only treating my symptoms and not understanding the cause...on my first appointment with Doctor Brooks he had studied all the notes from my hospital stays and spent a long time talking with me and he felt that the diagnosis had been missed....I immediately began to improve.

Very good doctor, he didn’t feel a bunch of tests were necessary and I appreciated that about him.

Dr. Brooks was one of the most PATIENT and down to earth physicians I have ever seen! He was fantastic at explaining everything that was going on so I could actually understand it and he took extra time to answer all of my questions. He was very thorough with my follow up and even personally reached out to me regarding any changes to my plan of care after my appointment. I would highly recommend him to family and friends!

Dr. Brooks was one of the most patient, understanding and caring physicians I have ever seen. He never seems to be in a rush and spends extra time answering all my questions. He went above and beyond to do extensive research to help me get answers with a lot of things that weren't even cardiac related. I would HIGHLY recommend him anyone including my closest family and friends.

I felt like Dr. Brooks was not interested in treating me because my monitor results did not show an immediate life-threatening condition. He was not interested in discussing my concerns. I got the impression my visit was a bother to him. If you want a cardiologist who is willing to listen to you, look elsewhere.
